ZERO STARS. This is not a once-off bad experience. This is how Dawn Wing OPERATES. Poor service is their work ethic. It is built into their culture from management all the way down to the drivers. My parcel (Waybill AC00......) was supposed to be delivered by 18:30. The driver MUDUMELA TALELANI never showed up. Never called. Never communicated. Nothing. Just silence. And here is the worst part: I guarantee that by end of day, a false excuse was logged on their system to clear the delivery off their records. That is what they do. Instead of doing their job, they sit back, do nothing, and then fabricate reasons why the delivery could not happen. Meanwhile the customer is standing at the door waiting like a fool. Drivers are completely comfortable treating customers this way because the company allows it. Nobody is held accountable. Nobody cares. As long as the system shows a log entry, they sleep fine at night. I paid my hard earned money for this. I will not be abused with my own money. To every online shopper in South Africa, if Dawn Wing is assigned to your order, demand a different courier. These people have normalised failure and made it their business model. Dawn Wing you are not a courier company. You are a liability.
