I’ve had a fantastic experience with Ubuntu Meat Co. The quality of the meat is excellent, but what really stands out is the customer service. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially want to mention Thato, the delivery driver who handled my order. He was incredibly friendly and quickly went through the full order with me to make sure everything was correct. It’s small things like that that make a big difference. I also really appreciate how organised the company is. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received updates along the way, got my delivery timeslot beforehand, and Thato even phoned when he was on his way. The next day delivery was also a huge bonus. Overall, a smooth and genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
I’ve had consistently great service from DPD in the Pretoria area. The delivery driver in our area has become a fami**** face over time, and every interaction has been friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness and respect. I wish I knew his name so I could give him proper credit, because excellent service like this deserves to be recognised. Thank you for always making deliveries such a positive experience.
I tend to get a lot of deliveries from a lot of different courier companies. But I must say, I am very impressed with the service from The Courier Guy. Delivery is always quick, communication clear throughout the process, and my parcels always arrive safely and in perfect condition. I also find that the delivery personnel are some of the nicest out there. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Reliable service and definitely a courier company I’d recommend.
I had such a great experience ordering from Dogs Life online store. The packaging was beautiful, neat, and clearly packed with care. They even included a little extra surprise for my fur baby, which was such a thoughtful touch. The products are great quality, and although I usually buy their products from pet shops, I’ll definitely be ordering directly from them again in future. Highly recommended!
Very disappointed with Uber Eats support after a recent order from KFC Three Rivers. The driver contacted me when nobody was home yet. I responded immediately and asked him either to place the food safely over the wall or leave it with neighbours. He refused both options and instead left the order unattended on a public sidewalk. He indicated that someone would likely take it. I immediately tried calling him back, but he ignored my calls. When the recipient arrived about 2 minutes later, the food was already gone. Uber Eats support keeps responding with generic copy-paste replies claiming the food was left in a “secure location,” but they refuse to explain how a public sidewalk qualifies as secure. This was not an address or communication issue. I was actively communicating with the driver and provided reasonable alternatives which were ignored.
I have been spammed by them for 3 days now. Already blocked 3 numbers, but they just keep on coming. I have never approached Multi Choice in my own capacity, ever. So I have no idea where they got my details from.
There is a reason why 88% of reviews for this place is 1 star. No one does anything about the complains. Greenpark, Witfield: I will never recommend this place to anyone. I honestly don’t know how the Estate Manager still has a job. Whenever you try to contact security you never get through. When you try to contact the Estate Manager you get ignored and when you try to follow up, you get a snarky reply. We pay a whole lot of money to live here and to receive the services advertised, but we always have a problem with one of the gates, the access code system is offline 50% of the time and then they just let anyone in who can argue a reason for being here. We have a group where things like services being out of order should be communicated and what is being done to fix it, but that group is just for adverti*****ts which is super annoying as well. And whoever is in the group can access your contact details and harass you even further with their personal services. And don’t fool yourself and think it is safe. When there is a breach in the safety no one even communicates to the residents. No one knows how to use a traffic circle and the place is full of them. No one adheres to the rules because absolutely nothing happens to you if you just do what you want and park where you want. We have problems with people stopping in the middle of the road on a daily basis and NOTHING is being done about it no matter how many time you complain. Estate Managent has no respect for residents and their problems, but when it is almost time to renew a lease you get harassed 3 months in advance eventhough the contract states that you only need to confirm vacating within 20 days. I am convinced they overcharge us with water & electricity and no matter who or how many times you beg for answers they just refuse to provide any information regarding the actual statement from the municipality. This place is a joke and I will never ever even consider a Balwin Property again.
Clicks Pharmacy Brackenhurst - total inconvenience. So due to the urgency of obtaining my medication and not being able to leave work I have decided to try the Clicks Pharmacy Repeat Medication Delivery Service. I did read up on it beforehand, and saw that delivery only takes 4 hours. This was Sunday morning. I decided to request the delivery, assuming it would be processed on Monday morning around 8:00 and be delivered by 12:00. Due to me requiring my medication on Monday this sounded like a good idea. By 1pm Monday I have not received a call from the farm at yet, as stated in my confirmation email, and decided to phone. No answer. The phone just kept on ringing. I phoned customer care who informed me they cannot assist. I emailed repeat@clicksgroup who just rep**** and said the pharmacy will contact me. Once again I tried to phone, at 2pm still no answer. I rep**** on my confirmation email, got a reply that it has been forwarded to the pharmacy manager who would assist me. (At 1:30pm on Tuesday, I have still not received assistance.) Monday, 2:45pm I finally got through to someone at the pharmacy, very rude, but either way I finally got someone to assist. The pharmacist just told me they don’t have my medication, they will get it on Tuesday morning and then deliver it. Me having no choice said it’s fine and skipped a days medicine. It is now Tuesday, 1:30pm, I have not received my medication or a phone call and guess what. No one is answering the phone, again. I cannot even collect it from another pharmacy because it is already processed on the app. Never again will I think something that is supposed to be a convenience will be that.
Really getting super irritated with the constant phone calls! I have blocked multiple numbers already and still they manage to phone me everyday!! I have never ever expressed any interest in the company so I have no idea where they got my information. I’m still not interested in the product, the constant phone calls will not change my mind! Even if I reject the call, they just keep on trying! This is starting to feel like harassment and nothing I do changes anything!
Vision Work - Boksburg I went for my checkup and eye test after my 2 year period was over and I can honestly say the quality went down significantly and that place will never see me again!! For a start, they did not send me my quote until I asked for it after more than a week after the eye test. I told them I will pay for the eye test in cash (which is R90) instead of them claiming it from my medical aid (for R650), which I still don’t understand why it is more expensive. I went in to pay cash for the eye test less than 2 weeks later and told them I am not accepting the quote. This was in September. Last week (January - 4 months later) I received an email from my medical aid to notify me about a claim sent in for an eye test for an amount of R650. I immediately contacted the medical aid to tell them not to pay out the claim (which is quite a process I had to go through on my part to prevent payment) and the optometrist. Big surprise, they did not answer and just ignored my WhatsApp messages. This happened before 8am and I only got a response from them just before 12 just saying “apologies, it was done in error”. Told me they will fix it, but guess what? I had to do it myself. Very unprofessional behaviour from the receptionist, always on her phone when you walk in but when you try to contact her you get no response. The same day I went for my test, my partner went for his. He actually accepted the quote and when he went to fetch his glasses he could not see out of his right eye. He was told he just needs to get used to it since it is a new prescription but when he still struggled the next day I told him to go back. The optometrist had to redo the eye test only to realise he completely messed it up the first time and they had to redo the glasses. Don’t even waste your time going here. You will only regret it!!
