I'm unhappy with the service I'm receiving from Clothing Junction Thabong. Last time I purchased clothes for my children, they were the wrong size. I returned to the store after 8 days to exchange them, but the cashier, who has light skin, tattoos, and a beard, refused to assist me. When I asked why, he said it was too late, which I didn't understand since it was within the 30-day return period. I chose to let the matter drop. However, this Monday, February 26th, I returned to the store and encountered the same individual. As I was about to purchase a T-shirt, he took it and stated that he was 'hiding' it for himself, intending to purchase it over the weekend. I'm concerned that staff members are reserving items for themselves, potentially preventing other customers from making purchases. I'm unsure if this behavior is representative of the store's overall service or just this particular employee. Could you please clarify if I'm misunderstanding the situation or if there's an issue with the staff member's conduct?

Very poor customer service at the Clothing Junction Worcester branch. I went to the store to return a pair of shoes I had purchased. When I got to the till, I was told that the return could not be processed because the tills had already been cashed up, meaning no refund could be issued, and I was advised to come back another day. It makes absolutely no sense that a customer should be inconvenienced and denied a refund simply because the tills are closed while the store is still operating. Why are tills being counted during trading hours if customers are still allowed inside the store? As a result, customers who need assistance are turned away. I was especially disappointed because my time was wasted. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person counting the money claimed to be the manager and said there was nothing that could be done. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Clothing Junction needs to do better by training staff on proper customer service, professionalism, and basic manners.

What insolence they have I bought clothes and found out that I overspend so wanted to refund something the girl named precious said to me come back tomorrow we don't refund same day so I went home and only to loose my slip and the next day when I go she says she won't help me without a slip who's fault is it because I wanted to exchange she told me stories and today she's telling me nonsense again mxmmm very very poor poor service I'll never ever again buy here id like this to be taken to another level as too how come I'm treated like I took those things for credit it's my money that I used there and they not doing me a favour either

I placed an order online on the 16th on Dec it's the 23rd now and i never received an email or any communication whether my product is in dispatch or not nothing. I tried phoning them and using their WhatsApp number but it's not in working. I even sent an email to all absolute no reply🤦🏻♀️help?

This was my first experience at a Clothing Junction store. The store is in the Bay West Mall in Port Elizabeth. I was looking through the t shirts on special and was ably and wonderfully assisted by a young man named Austin. Because I like blue, I was looking at the blue shirts and he was helping me and patiently holding them up and showing me the designs. The store was neat and tidy and the other staff members were friendly and helpful as well.

I made a purchase on the 28 of September 2025 at Leeufontein branch Limpopo to my surprise when we got home we noticed one item is missing from the plastic and it was paid for, tried calling the store several times with no luck same story with the head office and been sending please contact me enquiries but no one bothers them self to assist me , worse we stay in Pretoria and there is no possible way we can go back to the store. I am disappointed in all this experience because how do y’all put up a number that never goes through worse why would the shop assistant not pack all my items, okay it could be a mistake but why am I not getting assisted in all this

I went to Clothing Junction in Philliphi Cape town (The junction mall) , Friday morning to purchase some items for my sister and later that same day went back to return some of the items as they were small and didn't fit her, we were told you can't return things bought the same day and was told to come back the following day for a refund. Went there again today only to be told they don't have cash available. Now I need to go there for the 3rd time for the same thing and not knowing what to expect. It's beyond frustrating yesis I left the store very angry.

Dear Store Manager, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a deeply upsetting incident that took place in your store on Saturday afternoon, 25 October. My husband and I were the only customers in the store at the time. There were two female employees and one male employee on duty. Shortly after we arrived, I overheard the male employee speaking in his language and using the word “charou” in a mocking tone, followed by laughter. The two female employees soon joined in, laughing as they came closer. I am Indian and I understand what "charou" means, I found this highly disrespectful. When I confronted them, they looked shocked and quickly apologized, with one claiming that the male employee was referring to the other assistant as a “charou.” Considering the context and timing — right after I entered the store — this explanation felt insincere and dismissive. All the employees were black so I failed to believe that story that they made up after I had told them that I could understand what they said. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting, especially one that serves the public. It made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable in a space where customers should feel welcome and respected. I expect a formal apology from your business — either in writing or via a phone call — as acknowledgment of the offense caused. I also trust that you will take appropriate disciplinary action and ensure proper training so that this kind of conduct never happens again. I don't expect red carpet treatment but if an employee does not have anything positive to say, they should refrain from making such immature, "jokes" at the customer's expense.
