This business had fantastic specials from 27 February to 1 March. Entering the store on 1 March I was disappointed to see almost none of the specials were available anymore due to no stock. Signs were put up that they were disappointed. As a shopper, I am disappointed. Surely the stock manager can ensure that there would be enough stock for the entire period of the specials?
This was my first experience at a Clothing Junction store. The store is in the Bay West Mall in Port Elizabeth. I was looking through the t shirts on special and was ably and wonderfully assisted by a young man named Austin. Because I like blue, I was looking at the blue shirts and he was helping me and patiently holding them up and showing me the designs. The store was neat and tidy and the other staff members were friendly and helpful as well.
This review concerns the pnp asap app. Since installing the new app, it has the store I shop at in Woodmead and I am in Plettenberg Bay. I have not been able to change it and have emailed and called their support team. No help there, no changes made and the I received an email to rate their service on completion on my complaint. I guess I will not be spending my money at Pick and Pay.
After a complaint by me of the Plettenberg Bay branch od Pnp Clothing, I would like to compliment the Meander Mall store In George for their excellent service, very helpful staff, neat and tidy shop and a pleasure to experience shopping in this store. This store is the reason I will travel 90 km to shop somewhere I am welcomed, have staff members who are attentive and helpful and shop in an environment that is clean, ordered and a pleasure to shop in.
This is the worst pnp clothing store I have ever been in. It also seems to be getting worse as I have complained before. They clothing is not sorted according to sizes, the shop is messy, disorganized and dirty. The staff are disinterested. I understand that customers mess up displays but surely someone can check things? I would rather drive to Knysna or George than go there again.
King Price has always been user friendly, putting their customers first and always being there when you need help.
I purchased a pool nudge paddle from Takealot. This product was supposed to keep my pool cleaner from getting stuck. It did not work and I retilurned it to Takealot. I was informed that they cannot accept this item because it was used. The item consists of 2 pieces of plastic and looked exactly as it did when I sent it back, as it did when I bought it. How can you not take a product back that does not function as advertised?
I had an issue with the pool cleaner and was very ably assisted by Herson Breda. He went above and beyond, contacting the supplier a few times, testing my pool water and giving me excellent advice. The staff at this store are always friendly and willing to help. Thank you Herson!
What a delight to have professional caring people take care of your bike like Graham and his team do. They are simply amazing. They keep you informed, make suggestions and even offer to assist at no cost. I highly recommend this business and can say with confidence that they have a life long customer. I purchased a 200 cc SYM Blaze from Scootplett in Aprill 2022. The bike was taken for a service on 1 August 2022 and again on 20 November 2023. As I was not happy with the service I was getting at Scootplett, I took my bike to Muddy Offroads in Plettenberg Bay today. I was informed that the bike's oil had never been changed, nor has the air filter. Please keep in mind that after I bought the bike I was overseas for a long period and it only has 1221 kilometers on it. I honestly feel that Scootplett is doing damage to the SYM brand as it is a good bike.
