Myself and Fianci experienced Saturday the worse Saturday of our life at sanlam Parow food*****s it was the worse till we ever took bad service horrible packaging and people that dies not know what they doing even the supervisor was like a headless chicken they don't even know what's the combo specials I had to explain we not going there again

selling pies for R29.99.. but nothing but pastry and maybe some tasteless gravy! i bet they been selling them like this for months!! which is terrible because a pie for some is their only meal!!

Very bad experience at Food *****s Morningside. I found plastic in my tartlet. I bought 8 of them at food *****s Morningside on Friday 13th. Thank God I found the plastic in the first one.

I don't understand that when Food*****s have a R100 deal, they don't have enough stock. The special runs between specify days but when you get there, there is nothing. What a waste. I feel it's just a way to get consumers into their stores.

Great experience at Food *****s Market! Fresh products, good prices, friendly staff, and quick service. The store was clean and well organized. I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to others. ⭐

I bought lunch today at 12:36, got *****ed by a spikey thorn from food I bought at Food *****s Modderfontein. It looks like something you can find somewhere in the bushes. It seems like the food there is not cleaned or washed before preparations. My gum is swollen from this thing.

Roeland Street, customer service. On Monday 9/3 around 17h30 a large wooden container/crate with larger bags of onions or whatever made access to the bags of potato's behind it rather narrow, leaving a passage of about half a meter. On my way out my pants hooked behind the damaged steel reinforcing reinforcement that was bend out and standing away loose of the crate with its sharp corner protruding and as such catching my pants . A big hook got torn in my pants. I called for he manager. Rather quickly a forklift came to remove the crate but no manager, although i could see him going about at the shop exit and going into the offices behind the tellers. Called again, after some 10 min a lady who called herself assistant manager came to apologize and offered to get my pants fixed at her own expenses ( I doubt they get paid that well). Unfortunately a big hook of some 7cm x 4 cm on the front leg by the pocket doesn't just disappear- the pants are ruined - only good enough for home use or as work pants whilst painting etc. Anyway that is not the point for this report. I want to call out the manager responsible at that time for his ***ardice and poor customer service. In my opinion he his not qualfied nor suitable to act as manager. The brand's image is damaged.
