Im really disappointed and how FLM has handle my query and to think im not doing this for me but your suffering employees who stand all day at tills at the Castle gate store and i have reported this they have stopped replying to my emails which is kind of sad because who works standing the whole day and they tell me it is efficient but on quiet periods where is the efficiency there?
At times with companies what touches us, is how service is given. I spoke to KESHNI GOUNDER today and i called to cancel my policy due to high premium though she could not retain me, but her professionalism and high spirit on the call made me want to leave this comment and appreciate how she was on the call.
She was ammazinf in getting the premium where I wanted it to be.
Im having the worst claims experience with you guys im having to call and follow up on my claim, now someone just went silent on my call for 10 minutes till i hung up.
I called this morning and this lovely lady made my day without Hussle thank you very much on living the Momentum values.
So for my pet insurance before i made a booking for grooming i was told that i do qualify hence i made the booking for my dog and now when the claim is rejected i am told that the annual R800 allocated to my account does not cover that hence my claim was rejected and i'm requested to make a payment for the claim i was told was valid i think that is some ***** behavior my onepet insurance.
I would like to say thank you To Simone Naidoo on an awesome service she gave me this morning did a service which i have been waiting for it for 24 ours in less than 10 minutes which I'm really really thankful for she deserves this comment on her amazing customer service.
I called momentum insure yesterday due to my wife's lost cellphone and i spoke to Akani Maluleke who handle my claim professionally and in good time . Truly amazing service received from this star.
So last year i went through anniversary and my premiums could not be reviewed and had to log a complaint here so they could be reviewed now this year again i called yet again now im being forced to add other items on cover if not cancel, when you internal rules and process change we are not informed of this but have to accept it when we wana make changes on your policies i think this is rather ***** business processes and cheating me as the client of fair busniess practice.
We had the first claim for my mums car and it went it for repairs upon it returning we found some repairs to be faulty so I called the insurer and panel beater, I was given the run around the first time till I logged my complaint here. Carolina Williamson handle my complaint professionally within the TAT she gave to me and Allocated JACOB MOKITI to my complaint he has been absolutely amazing, he communicated clearly and fought for me with the panel beater whenever they were dropping the ball he picked up on things I did see in terms of them not being fixed on the car and this gentlemen provides the best service I have ever experienced when logging a claim. He knows how to give a full customer service experience so the client feels valued. I’m really lost for words. Along the way there was your Fortune Moshaba who also to car and pride in doing their work in terms of car hire extension on my mums rental and thank you for that as well.
