I went in Saturday just to buy spares (Brake Pads-front and rear, front discs) then I was convinced by the company to fit them through their workshop. Fortunately I decided to check the vehicle before I made payment only to find that everything was fitted besides one of the discs. The reason I got was that they forgot. When it was time to pay, the parts were now at a higher price, the salesman claimed that my vin number brought up the incorrect parts which were cheaper which led to me now paying more than what was initially quoted.
I bought lunch today at 12:36, got *****ed by a spikey thorn from food I bought at Food *****s Modderfontein. It looks like something you can find somewhere in the bushes. It seems like the food there is not cleaned or washed before preparations. My gum is swollen from this thing.
I'm being kept against my will, I did sign this morning and agreed on leaving today.
There has been a *****ulent transaction off my Capitec account that I have no knowledge of (Online Purchase), I reported the incident while the funds were still pending but nothing could be done and I have not recieved any sort of help from Capitec, all that is stated in their response is "The outcome of the case is: Invalid. The transaction does not meet the dispute requirements." I am expected to just simply accept that this amount went off with my approval (As stated I have no knowledge of)
A *****ulent transaction/purchase was done on my card. I requested for the details of where and to who was this delivered and Bash is denying me that information whilst I have proven it is from my account.
22nd September 2024, I was charged an extra Item by the cashier...I called the store days later and they admitted to being at fault. When I went back to get this sorted (get a refund), no one knows anything and I must now go look for a receipt. Customer service also claims they cant find old transactions besides be providing the exact time of the transaction. Three weeks ago I was charged double again, at the same Clicks and I had to take my time and fuel to get this sorted. This looks like something cashiers do at that Clicks as there was another client querying the same thing.
Zelda Mathacathe is a rude consultant and a big company like Nedbank does not need consultants like her. She even ended the call/conversation without even providing me a number for the relevant department.
I bought a full Chicken Meal from Pedros Northmead about 2 months ago and found that there were pieces missing...I assumed it was just a mistake. Yesterday I bought another full Chicken Meal at Pedros Daveyton only to find both wings missing from my order when I reached home. Clearly this is how this company operates as I put it on my social page and there was a lot more people who had the same experience.
She is professional and effecient and very informative...
3 weeks ago we ordered 6 of the wacky Wednesday 1 beef and 1 burger, they did the whole order chicken only...today 8th May, the did the same thing for 1 order. This means customers must always open their food to check if the orders are done correctly.
