I have placed and paid an online order placed on 3 March, with the option of 4-7 days delivery (Door-to-Door) I have called the customer care line multiple times and escalated the order as it is long over due just to hear every time that the order has been sent to the warehouse, not packed nor shipped. Management is not available to discuss my frustration. The order placed was a birthday gift, unfortunately the birthday has passed and still no feedback or progress to this day (19 March). Imported goods don't even take this long.

Absolute nightmare to close this account. They phone me daily from 7am - 7pm when I answer no one talks. I've been requesting a settlement for 2 weeks now and still nothing ! Do not waste your time or money opening an account, you will have endless problems and continues interest added to you account with now possibility of closing it.

Double standards app**** and overall bad attitude. Canceling lay-buys different rules applies from Silverton vs The Grove. Ill equipped and informed and just not customer service orientated.

Order no 201014046782 I placed an online order in January 2026 which i unfortunately could not collect. The last update was that on 15 January the order is ready for collection. I the sent an email on 3 Feb requesting that the order be cancelled and I be refunded. On 04 February Mmeli Xulu sent an email detailing the rerurn/refund process which I responded that they may proceed Since then I've sent 3 follow up emails and theres been no update/refund. Its now 18 March and am still waiting

Best clothing store especially on prices , truly stand by the name "Mr Price " ... The sale is always amazing, I can look like a million bucks in just under R100 and as a mother to teenage girls, Mr Price is the best for their wardrobe . Keep it up ,Mr Price

A very good service from zamokuhle and his staff, I went there looking for some items, I could not see the item, firstly he offered me a basket as I was walking in the shop looking for this items, I had already gotten two outfits that I didn't go there for, I had that on my hands,.. He then paged two of his staff to look for the items that I was looking for, guess what, he got the item in the stock room, had it not been by him, I would have left without the items... People that works for other Mr price stores, go to Sandton to learn customer service

I paid my Mr Price account in full on 2 February 2026, yet charges keep being added afterwards. When I contacted customer service to query this, the consultant Nomalanga was rude and became irritated during the conversation. She insisted that my account was never paid up, but when I asked why only their fees were outstanding and nothing else, she cut me off and ended the chat instead of assisting me. I also have proof of payment and tried to show it to her, but she did not even want to look at the proof before ending the conversation. My statement clearly shows that the account was paid on 5 February, after which charges were added again on 7 February. I even paid again, yet more charges are still being added. Please explain why charges are being added to a fully paid account and correct this immediately.
