Pavilion Mr Price Clothing.. Disgusting service from managers on duty to cashier staff. I currently am waiting for 1h15 now by the paying tills to retrieve my lay bay of clothing that was placed mid April and now its May, clearly not that long of a wait from the initial stage of the purchase agreement to date, whereby I am here to collect all my items. They cannot find my lay buy of R1580. Because of their untidyness and lack of organization, my package cannot be found, and the minutes are adding to me standing here with embarrassment in full view of every patron coming to pay at the cashiers, with my other shopping packets and sore feet from standing and waiting. The manager on duty, "Sbo" whom was present when i arrived, gave me no updates but instead of nasty looks, she and the cashier left the shift at 17h00, leaving me standing here with no feed back. I called for the new manager on duty and i was told to rather leave my details and go home, they would contact me when ever they find my package, no exact day given. I refused as the items on the lay buy are needed for my daughter's school the next day, with no sense of urgency, i had to re-ask the 2nd manager as to whom is looking for my package, only then (15 mins later) she sent another cashier to go look..... Its now 1h45, of me standing here and waiting for them to find my lay buy
HARRASSMENT & SCAMMERS - Computech Credit Services Pty Ltd What an absolute nightmare, its now a new year and these people are still harrassing me on my work email and continous smses with an amount that seems to be going up each month. Yet when i called them they failed to tell me what service i owe them for and when i demanded the manager, they dropped my call but yet the whole of 2019 they have been sending these horrible communications and threats of my name being blacklisted, somehow even when i block them, they still get through!!!...where can i go for proper assistance and for them to stop all contact?
