Paying for unused services
I previously registered myself with this company for services and was charged 6900, even though I never received service from them. Then I end up paying the full because my credit score had been badly affected. After making the payment, I received a confirmation letter in August 2023 stating that my balance was nil. However, in March 2025, I was notified that I am supposedly in default for 269, with no clear explanation of where this amount is coming from. This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially after I made sure my account was fully settled. It honestly feels like I’m being charged unfairly again. I would really appreciate a clear explanation and proper resolution.

Unwanted debt collection from unknown company Computech credit service
I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding the unsolicited messages and emails I have been receiving from your company, claiming that I owe a debt. I do not recognize your company, and I have no idea how you obtained my contact details. Despite my lack of knowledge about the debt or your company, I have been receiving persistent messages and emails from you, which is causing me significant distress and inconvenience. I request that you: 1. Provide me with clear information about the debt, including the amount, date, and nature of the debt. 2. Explain how you obtained my contact details and provide assurance that my personal information is being handled in accordance with relevant data protection laws. 3. Cease all further communication with me regarding this matter until you have provided the requested information and verified the debt. If I do not receive a response or resolution to this matter, I will be forced to report this incident to the relevant authorities and take further action to protect my rights. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
