I previously registered myself with this company for services and was charged 6900, even though I never received service from them. Then I end up paying the full because my credit score had been badly affected. After making the payment, I received a confirmation letter in August 2023 stating that my balance was nil. However, in March 2025, I was notified that I am supposedly in default for 269, with no clear explanation of where this amount is coming from. This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially after I made sure my account was fully settled. It honestly feels like I’m being charged unfairly again. I would really appreciate a clear explanation and proper resolution.
I would like to raise my concern regarding the continuous calls and letters I have been receiving from your accounts department. I have been contacted daily after allegedly missing one payment, however the payment was not actually missed. In November, my account was debited twice. I informed the consultant at the time and was advised that the extra amount would be carried over to December as a refund/credit. Despite this arrangement, my account was still debited again in December. In January, I intentionally ensured there were no funds in the account to avoid another incorrect debit while the matter was being resolved. Since then, I have been receiving numerous calls and threatening letters regarding an amount your department believes I owe. I have already spoken to a team leader who confirmed that a credit note has been issued but has not yet been processed. My concern is: if the payment is still under investigation or processing, why has my account not been placed on hold or suspended to prevent unnecessary calls and stress? The current situation is unfair, especially when the issue is still being resolved on your side.
I am still in awe of the incredible care I received during one of the most important days of my life – the delivery of my baby on the 14th of October 2025. Your kindness, warmth, and gentle approach were exactly what I needed. Thank you for being so caring and attentive – it made all the difference. Nurse Petunia, your support and assistance during delivery meant the world to me. You are gifted with the most incredible skills, especially when it comes to handling newborns. Your calm and capable nature reassured me in every moment. Nurse Noxolo, thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby in the nursery. Knowing that my child was in safe, caring hands allowed me to rest and recover with peace of mind. And lastly, to the management team at Tshepo Themba: thank you for building a team of nurses who embody excellence, dedication, and true compassion. You are doing outstanding work, and it shows in the hearts and hands of your staff.
Bad service ever !!! I went to emergency unit around 11:30 then get admitted to maternity ward around 11:45 since from then I have never received water / food and when I ask nurse she said I must ask really ??? What nonsense is this 😡I will never recommend this hospital to any pregnant woman ever
I ordered Wifi with MTN on 20th November and I have been receiving sms saying delivery is on the way to deliver since 21th November up until today nothing and when I track delivery satus is failed ....No communication , I will never order anything from MTN !!!!

I phoned call center on the 10/10/2023 to cancel my investment and they said it will take 5-7 working days until today no payment received , I have being trying to callcenter to find out how far is my withdrawal ....what a bad a service !!! I will never recommende anyone to do investment with them my policy number 19350603
