It is now two weeks they have been giving me the run around when requesting my settlement letter. The west of them all was a store manager at the chrishani mall branch who was very rude in assisting me,then got to deal with Sadika at their customer care center and I ended up requesting a manager who also couldn't assist me because they were knocking off at 13h00. All I want is my settlement letter and I would never buy from you guys ever again because of your incompetence.

If I could give 0 stars to this shop I would . I am a senior citizen and long time customer at Lewis stores & I was supposed to get a refund of R600 from their legal department seeing that l was under debt review. I decided to do a follow up and call their legal department, however I didn't receive fair treatment from all those consultants at their call centre as they would giggle and transfer me constantly to wrong departments and I was left frustrated! I even emailed required docs eg. ID copy & Bank Statement. I couldn't get help because their giving me a roundabout on their phones. PLEASE HELP ! I AM AT MY WITS END !!! IF I WAS THE ONE OWING THEM I WOULD HAVE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS BECAUSE THEY WOULD CALL 24/7 AND INSTRUCT THEIR DRIVERS TO COME COLLECT THEIR FURNITURE. VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM LEWIS ...I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY .

So i bought some goods at Lewis sky city , so 1 of the beds i bought got damaged, i lodged a complain...it's been days not getting any response regarding how far they are with the process, Lewis please treat your customers the same way u treat them when they miss single payment cos u don't even want to hear any explanations, but I have to understand your explanations. Please i can't keep on paying for something that is damaged and still under warranty or guarantee whatever...

I am absolutely appalled by the predatory and unprofessional debt collection tactics used by the Lewis Wynberg branch. Despite my efforts to act as a responsible consumer by contacting their Head Office to make a formal payment arrangement (for which I was given a reference number), the branch management chose to ignore company protocol in favor of ************. The branch manager and agents have: 1. Violated my privacy (POPIA Breach): They contacted my mother, who was listed only as a reference, not an alternative contact. 2. Threatened my livelihood: The manager threatened to arrive at my place of work by 12:00 PM to "collect goods" if payment wasn't made immediately, despite me asking for a 4:00 PM extension to secure funds. 3. Used ************: The agents were rude, dismissive of my Head Office arrangement, and used "threatening words" to cause me severe stress, anxiety, and fear. 4. Contradictory Information: I was told by Head Office I was protected, only for the branch manager to claim he is the "only one" authorized to make arrangements. While I understand my duty to pay my debt—which I have now done under extreme duress—I will not tolerate being bul****, harassed at work, or having my family contacted *******ly. I have screenshots of the unprofessional WhatsApp messages and will be escalating this matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Council for Debt Collectors for the blatant breach of debt collection ethics and privacy laws. Lewis Group, your Wynberg management is a liability to your reputation.

The responds I got from Lewis with regards to Thapelo and his team from Lewis Pritchard was not taken into account as serious I was treatend and offended by them The go around repossessing peoples goods without a court order or the sherrifs intervention

Well I was asked to send my id for my application so I send it on a courier with some one,ended up going to boksburg instead of johhanesburg city......same street address ....oky everyone deserves a second chance....sort that out....oky then my id was denied .....so I said no leave everything being fed up..so a few days I phoned said oky I'm going to send a courier to pick up my id ...in witch the manager said oky sorry sir I managed to lay a complain and they are now able to use my green id book ....in good faith I said oky let's try again ...was very very happy and they really really gave me good service on that ....then comes delivery day witch was presponed without letting me know ,getting irritated and making my voice thick ....things got delivered the next day ....at 3:30 the afternoon with my girlfriend having to leave work early ....as she is on the way home the driver calls me saying that one of my items is in boksburg and he ' forgot" to pick it up so he needs to go get it ....eish ....so I say oky cool my wife's 1 min away so wait ...witch they did and help her move everything inside ,she said they deserve a 5 star rating the delivery guys are top of there class....so I ask should my wife wait or can she go back to work .....no sir please we will quickly go fetch your gas stove ......I'm like wow grait maby this wasn't so bad .....then ....then ...I get a call sorry sir there out of stock.....no I'm red lining!!! So they say no please sir tomorrow..Friday we promise we will deliver....so I'm like oky...not really having faith ...Friday did come and go ....so Saturday morning I have plans but I'm told no please I'll deliver it personally by the manager ....so early I ask " my man what time are you coming as I actually have plans so please be honest....shees I got a respond in 5 min this now 8h00 in the morning ..."I will let you know just now...so 11 h00 no response yet me starting to loosey cool I send a message what's happening? No response ...so I wait ....13h00 my wife gets home tells me ..." Babe they had some excuse about all the vechiles are doing dept collections so we won't be helped.....please keep in mind we arent married and I did the application so I'm the customer....so what should I say ...I am disappointed and feel disrespected the only thing that made me not send everything back is that my girlfriend/wife to be likes the products ....but comes tomorrow Monday and they don't deliver my gas stove I am definitely returning every damn thing ....I would recommend buying from them you just need some patients
