Bad experience about a bed that I purchased 3 to 4 months ago.
My name is Nompilo Buthelezi I bought a takkie at Springs mall Studio 88 and I was told to take size 6 I wanted size 5 but then they said it's small cuts when I arrived at home they didn't fit the kid at all I went to Daveyton for exchange as they told me that they have it at daveyton mall (store manager). Daveyton had it but it was on layby I took the shoe back to the store, the store manager called Carnival mall and said they have size 5 in the store. He had he will go there and collect the shoe on Saturday told the manager that I can not come Saturday I will come Monday and he agreed with me that I should come collect it Monday, when I went Monday he said he forgot to go collect it and they said I should look for another shoe I repeated to the manager that is he sure he wants me to take another shoe because I will not add he said he is sure I took another shoe which was R500.00 and he said I must come collect it the following day. I am here he is saying I must add money in order to get the shoe the manager inconvenienced me because it was black Friday and I would never be able to get the shoe else where can you please help. Their big boss suggested I report them to headoffice because I refused to take the refund they inconvenienced me now I can not find the shoe else where for my kid to wear Christmas. Seriously this is painful.
I wanna lay a complain against best electric. My mom bought a television via an account and after some months it was damaged mind you we where also paying for insurance, she went to the shop and was advised to bring the television so they can look at it. She took it there then was told that the insurance will fix it or give her another television, after a month of silence we went there and asked they told us that she needs to do an affirdavid we did as instructed, after another month of silence we went and we where told that the affirdavid was wrong we did another one, mind you the furniture shop is still deducting money from her account. We have been making follow ups without success, it's been months now. When I went there the manager which is a lady said we must open a case against best electric the attitude in her. They never even once called about an update we keep going there and we get stories each and every time. The other consultant said it's out of her hands she does not know what to do. We where told that this is an insurance case but now they can't replace it, we gonna forfeit this money and we where left with few months till we done. Hello Peter please investigate for us.
