I'm lodging a complain regarding the account I'm having with Best home and electric, I resigned December 2024 as branch manager, at Cosmo city. I last paid my account in March 2025 cause I was having financial difficulties...2 days ago I received a call from a senior lady that I need to pay my account, I told them that I'm newly employed and my salary isn't stable yet, I can only pay R600 on the 15th. While still at it, they came to my new workplace looking for me showing my colleagues my pictures if they know me. They now invading my property, cars and van parked at my gate 3hours... even my neighbors raised concerns.they took pictures of the driver who was trying to forcefully open the gate. They claim they couldn't get hold of me since last year, hence they went all out to call my friends that they need me because it's write off, I have pictures as proof

After the initial confusion and poor communication surrounding the first delivery, the matter was eventually addressed and a replacement fridge was sent to us. While I appreciated that effort, it is extremely frustrating to now discover that the dispenser on the replacement fridge is faulty. Considering the inconvenience we have already experienced — from being told the original fridge was in stock when it was not, to receiving the incorrect model, to waiting for follow-ups that never came — this new issue feels like another blow in what has already been a stressful experience. At this point, I am not only disappointed but concerned about the overall quality control and customer care involved in this transaction. Purchasing a new appliance should not require repeated follow-ups and continued problems. I request urgent intervention to resolve this matter properly. Please advise on the immediate steps that will be taken to repair or replace this unit, and provide clear timelines. I would also appreciate proactive communication this time, rather than having to chase updates myself. Please note the replacement fridge didn't come in a box, it came wrapped with cling wrap plastic I look forward to your prompt response and a final resolution to this ongoing matter.

My son has an account with this store and just after opening his account he lost his job so I took over the account and with taken over the account the treatment I got from one sales lady named Rivionia is appalling the same store got my monthly installments wrong the sales lady Rivonia told her manager that I asked her to make my installments smaller to which is a lie I asked my aunt to allow her to do the debit order because the same lady Rivonia came to my place of work to tell me to do the debit order so payment can be made I hate this shop they keep coming to my place of work and I am not happy with it at all I do not know what to do to stop it I pay them every month via debit order but they are terrorizing me due to having this account I have spoken to the manager of the store but nothing has been done two weeks ago they came to work place and told the people at my work place they are looking for me said I am owing them and the worst part is my employer has called me in asking me what is this all about because our store security has spoken to them asking them who they are looking for this is not fair I have evidence of my debit orders going off every month but what is so alarming is that they took money from my account in December without asking me or letting me know that they will be taking money out my account this is uncalled for I need advice as to what to do going forward The store in question is Best Electric Store in port Elizabeth pier 14 this store is the worst store to have an account with their service is poor and their customer service is appalling I have been to the store and I have spoken and addressed this matter but I am still being terrorized by their private visits to my place of work why I do not know but I want to put this to a stop to this I do not know how but I will find a way

In 2023 I brought couch s from best electric and paid within 12 months since 2025 I have been reporting at the store they are damage but am not getting any help from the store I also bought a bet it damaged and am still paying for the bed the service at the store is very poor since last year August I was promised they will collect the couch but am still waiting, my warranty/Guarantee is about to end soon for the couch

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this store. On the 9th of February, I went in to purchase a specific fridge. I was assured by the salesperson that the exact model I wanted was available at their warehouse. We finalized everything, and I was told it would be delivered later that same afternoon. Later that afternoon, just before delivery, the salesperson called to inform me that they would be sending a different fridge because the one I originally purchased was apparently not available. This was information they failed to disclose before finalizing the sale. Minutes later, the fridge arrived — and it was not what I had agreed to purchase. I immediately contacted the salesperson, but she was not helpful in resolving the issue. I then escalated the matter to the store manager, who promised that the correct fridge would be delivered the following day (10 February) and that he would call me with updates. Since then, no one has contacted me to explain what is going on or to provide a resolution. It is now well past the promised date, and I am left without clarity or proper service. This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expect honest communication, accountability, and prompt resolution. I would appreciate urgent feedback and a concrete plan to rectify this matter.

My 82 year old mom recently purchased a few items from Best Home and Electric Town centre Mitchell's Plain and 1 of the items was a microwave. When it was purchased, my mom was informed there was no stock available of the microwaves and that it would be delivered the following week, when the store would be restocked and it has now been 2 weeks with no communication or explanation from the Sales agent in the store or the Store manager. The only communication I've had with the store has been initiated and prompted by me, with blatant disinterest and unprofessionalism from the store Salesman to the Store Manager to the Query investigator that was assigned to my case, when apprised of my query. After my, in my opinion, justifiable rant to the Investigator, she irritatedly and dismissively assured me she would escalate my case to the Regional manager or someone to that effect and then feedback to me and subsequent to the Salesman's flippant attitude over the last 2 weeks, the manager of the store's vague feedback relayed by the Investigator and her telephonic interaction with me, I felt compelled to raise my complaint on this site now, because not one of them displayed any form of authentic compassion or empathy toward my mom's plight, a now customer of Best Home and Electric, or even tried to see how they could at least try to assist my mom with acquiring a microwave from any one of their other stores.
