I am deeply disappointed with the service my grandmother has received from Best Electric. In 2023, my grandmother purchased a washing machine and a laptop from the Best Electric branch in Randfontein. She paid her account faithfully every month and expected reliable service and products in return. After some time, the washing machine stopped working. A complaint was filed around September 2025, and the machine was collected by Best Electric for repairs. It was later returned to us, but unfortunately it still does not work properly despite supposedly being “fixed.” The laptop also became faulty, and another complaint was made around July 2025. Best Electric collected the laptop for repairs in approximately August 2025, but since then, the laptop has never been returned to us. We have tried contacting the company multiple times, but we have not received proper updates, communication, or a clear resolution regarding where the laptop is or when it will be returned. At this point, my grandmother feels it is unfair to continue paying for products that are either still broken or no longer even in her possession. She kept up with her payments in good faith and expected proper customer service and accountability from the company. We are requesting: Immediate feedback regarding the missing laptop A proper repair or replacement of the washing machine Fair treatment and communication regarding this matter We hope Best Electric can resolve this matter professionally and urgently.

NTOKOZO I bought L shape couch which was delivered at night but in the morning when I check the other side was broken I called immediately and the said they will change it it's been 3 months now ,hence I asked them to cancel the agreement if the can't I have to the store several times to ask the how to we go with the payment moving on forward as the said they cancel the agreement but the told me not to make payment as they are still fixing the issue but everything time when I call or going to the store they always we are waiting for the van to come pick up my couch but now I'm in arrears

I had one of thee worst experience with this company ever, after opening account with them, i took a kitchen set and a Fridge last year September, first payment was suppose to be end of November which it did but they double debited me. I called to ask why they could not explain it so i tolld them (Wynburg branch) either they refund me or i wont pay in December. No refund came and they tried to double debit again in December however there where funds. Beginning of Jan i lost my job and i informed the branch and they asked me to submit proof which i did in a form of a termination letter since they said the iterms where insured in the even of job loss. two weeks past and they called to say my claim was declined becuase i was dismissed, not retrenched or on retirement. fine, i let that go. April came and i was still unemployed and could pay monthly installment since my uif took too long to come through. Fortunately i found a job and was to start on the 13th of April. I sent them an email with my new contract so to say i'm now employed and will resume making payments but they didnt want to here anything, on the 11 Aprill they forcefully came to my house to collect the iterms. I berged them not do that because i was starting a new job on the 13 April, these people said to me if i dont pay the whole R3000 for the three month that day (11 April 2026) they have no choice but to take the iterms which they did. The lady i was talking to over the phone from the Wynburg branch by the name of Candice was so so so rude on the phone. If you wish to purchase from these people i advise you not to becuause the only they care about is the sale, after that your ****ed and on your own.

They soud me old broken rejected friege,laptop and printer and when I complainted they said there is, nothing they can do, mind tht I wanted to use all those things for business so tht u can feed my kids now I'm stuck with a credit tht I can't manage to pay because I can't do business anymore

Bad service from mamelodi branch they promised to deliver my item today since 28 February I have been waiting for one item even now and they don't call me am the one who should call them, their manager Vincent is full of lies it's been 2 months and weeks now and this is another review I make they are deduct'ing my money every month.
