Good day I am a customer of best home and electric for 3 months now I purchased a lounge suite from th dodsonville branch Its a recliner suite The one two seater at the back the wood broke Its only been 3 months Please can the store call and attend to my complaint because I need it replaced

Good day It's me again Regarding the above mentioned complaint of the couches I purchased at Lewis stores I don't understand what the problem is but this couches is the worst **** I ever bought I had it exchanged last year August because there were some faults to it Recently I picked up that it's breaking again The back is pulling loosen and the material is tearing by the sitting place I mean it looks like it's some factory fault because how can something so expensive keep breaking I don't know what can be done because I refuse to pay for something that is gonna keep breaking By the time I finish pay it....I won't have any couches because it will be broken Can Lewis stores please be contacted and a exchange be done or whatever I purchased this couches at Roodepoort Lewis stores I don't want this recliner couches I will take something else and whatever I paid thus far can be placed on the new ones and the balance I will pay If I knew all this **** was going to happen then I would have never taken the couches in the first place š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”
Good day I made payment now to rain for my monthly subscription But my husband did the same payment from his side It went through twice I want rain to reverse the payment and refunded me because it went through twice The amount is R595
Good day My name is Rozwin I am a resent customer of Lewis and I am very disappointed in the service I got I was encouraged to open an account with them which I did Thereafter I took a fridge and television on the account Those items are working well....no problems But then this year....In the month of May I took recycler lazy boy couches with them and it's not even three months and the couches are breaking I called the head office and complained to them but no one is taking me seriously These couches are very expensive....it is R22 000....so the store says they will repair it which I am not happy with I want them to replace my couches As their website says that they have a 1 year guarantee on their items For something this expensive....for it to break....not even three months of owing it is unexceptionable really I want the store to replace my couches not repair it š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”š”
I took out the rain package I had problems with the router sim the first time They exchanged it It was delivered today and still giving the same problem How long does it take to work ? Because on the 15th they will be debiting for something I haven't even used which I feel is very unfair I don't mind paying but I to want to have the pleasure of whatever it is I am paying for
I am very disappointed in the rain wifi that I took from rain Since I got the router on the 20th of October it's not working...it doesn't have internet access I called them to return their device they are refusing to take it back Please can I get assistance It's either they fix their device or come and collect it
