Since yesterday i tried contacting FNB to have my limit of my petro card increased. However i am being send from one person to another. All my airtime was used. They keep telling me on can do it on my app. However the app is there for limit increases on my credit card and not petro card. I hope with this complain they can assist me now

A few weeks ago i simple browsed through oneplan pet insurance looking for affordable pet insurance. Please note i had gone many other websites. However since that day i had been receiving almost 10 calls per day from ONE PLAN INSURANCE. Looking for pet insurance does not mean to be called every day. Its crazy. Therefore i am requesting that you immediately remove my contact details from your database.
Dear Dial Direct i would like to bring two matters under your attention which i find very disburbing. On 14 January 2026 i called it twince to have my details of one of my motor vechicles updated. i informed the agents that my registration number of my Cherry Tiggo had been changed as i finally received the registration and licence documents. I gave the new licence plates numbers to the agents and requested an updated policies documents which was send to me. However the licence plates numbers still showed the old numbers. During my second call i was informed that my motor cover was suspended and that the matter was refererred to the underwriters to have the suspension uplifted. However i still have a right to known why the cover of both my vechicles was suspended. Suspension is a scary matter and creates fear amount people exspecially if i know i did notthing wrong. i would appreciate an investigation into the matter as to why the change of my new licence plates of my Cherry Tiggo could not take place as requested and why was my motor vechile cover suspended for both my vechicles. On 19 December 2025 i bought a Cherry Tiggo cash at the Brackengate Branch. The sales persons were professional and helpfull. However i ask them to assist with the registration process and i paid for. I was informed that the process can take up to 21 days but can also be taken quicker. Every time i call the call centre i keep hearing about the 21 days. This is frustrating for me and all i want is to have the vechicle on my name. I saved for 2 years to buy this kind of vechicle and now walked into a brick wall. I also cannot understand why all calls must go through the call centre and why each branch cant have their own contact details. This whole process is really frustrating for me. However the vechicle i bought was a brilliant purchase. I must compliment them on that. But i will really appreciate if the follow up regarding my registration and change of ownership process. Today i received my 17 piece combo which was a surprise for my wife as she had a first visit to Durban. The csnvas was stunning. My wife was full of joy and relived her visit to Durban. Thank you very much for your commiment to provide excellent service. I wish i can give you a 10 star review.
I received my fridge magnet with the song of CeCe Winans on it. I placed it on the fridge and ask my wife to fetch the milk while . When she opened the fridge the song start playing. She was " where is her song playing ".Then se saw the magnet but still could not understand where the song was coming from. The i showed her. She fell inlove with it. May i make a suggestion. Can you make it a A4 size with more songs.

On my January statement i moticed a purchase on that i was not aware about. I reported it to the Ackermans verifications department and submitted all documentation. I was told the process will take 21 to 30 days. While we are very close to 60 days already. I have to phone the verification department everytime to get an update. My last conversation was with Tracy. She made contact with the investigator who informed her that i will have an outcome by the end of the week ( 7 March 2025) . However nothing happened. In the meanwhile i am still paying my monthly installment. I cannot use my card as it is block. I just would like to know when this matter will be concluded.
