I had one of thee worst experience with this company ever, after opening account with them, i took a kitchen set and a Fridge last year September, first payment was suppose to be end of November which it did but they double debited me. I called to ask why they could not explain it so i tolld them (Wynburg branch) either they refund me or i wont pay in December. No refund came and they tried to double debit again in December however there where funds. Beginning of Jan i lost my job and i informed the branch and they asked me to submit proof which i did in a form of a termination letter since they said the iterms where insured in the even of job loss. two weeks past and they called to say my claim was declined becuase i was dismissed, not retrenched or on retirement. fine, i let that go. April came and i was still unemployed and could pay monthly installment since my uif took too long to come through. Fortunately i found a job and was to start on the 13th of April. I sent them an email with my new contract so to say i'm now employed and will resume making payments but they didnt want to here anything, on the 11 Aprill they forcefully came to my house to collect the iterms. I berged them not do that because i was starting a new job on the 13 April, these people said to me if i dont pay the whole R3000 for the three month that day (11 April 2026) they have no choice but to take the iterms which they did. The lady i was talking to over the phone from the Wynburg branch by the name of Candice was so so so rude on the phone. If you wish to purchase from these people i advise you not to becuause the only they care about is the sale, after that your ****ed and on your own.
I don't know weather to say i am dissapointed or what because this is the second time this company is disappointing me. I ordered two pairs of sneakers last week Thursday and have not received a response from these people. I had to call their captown store while I am in the Eastern Cape in order to get service. I sent emails, WhatsApp messages and tried calling their customer service number but nothing. Your service sucks!!!!
I am very disappointed with this company, i bought a bed set on 4/05/2022 and still has not been delivered. There has been little or no communication from them. Only got one call from the delivery guy who lied and said they would deliver my bed first thing Tuesday morning and today its Wednesday and still nothing. I will never, ever buy anything from you again.
I made an order online on the 25/11/2021 and I was promised 3-5 days shipping. The order has not arrived till now. I am so disappointed in this company. If it where up to me they would not even be getting that one star.
