I am deeply disappointed with the service my grandmother has received from Best Electric. In 2023, my grandmother purchased a washing machine and a laptop from the Best Electric branch in Randfontein. She paid her account faithfully every month and expected reliable service and products in return. After some time, the washing machine stopped working. A complaint was filed around September 2025, and the machine was collected by Best Electric for repairs. It was later returned to us, but unfortunately it still does not work properly despite supposedly being “fixed.” The laptop also became faulty, and another complaint was made around July 2025. Best Electric collected the laptop for repairs in approximately August 2025, but since then, the laptop has never been returned to us. We have tried contacting the company multiple times, but we have not received proper updates, communication, or a clear resolution regarding where the laptop is or when it will be returned. At this point, my grandmother feels it is unfair to continue paying for products that are either still broken or no longer even in her possession. She kept up with her payments in good faith and expected proper customer service and accountability from the company. We are requesting: Immediate feedback regarding the missing laptop A proper repair or replacement of the washing machine Fair treatment and communication regarding this matter We hope Best Electric can resolve this matter professionally and urgently.
