I am so very pleased with the fast service,from the day I send an email requesting a return and refund,the respond was so quick👌it was less than 30minutes. I was updated with every process of the return.

Bought a pair of jeans 2months back and wore them for the first time yesterday and these jeans where ripping (in my crotch area) noticed a small rip in the morning and it seem to get larger by lunch time and by the time I got him the jeans where ripped both in the front and back of my right thigh. The jeans are clearly poor quality for them to be ripping on my first wear.

I visited Studio 88 Midrand yesterday to get a refund for sneakers. They said they couldn’t help me because the payment was “cashed up.” They promised to transfer the money to my account by 14:00 today, but at 15:00 I had to follow up, and they kept changing the time — first 16:00, then 18:00. I still don’t know if I will get my refund. Terrible customer service and very frustrating experience
