I am very disappointed with the service I got at Studio 88 Fourways mall, I lay-buy a few items with them, I was never told the turnaround time to finish my lay-buy today i go to the store after 4 months of lay buy they telling me that my lay buy is not on the system and I want my refund

Do not buy from any studio 88. They are quick to take your money but when you have to return something it's a complete nightmare. They only refund in cash which is good but they never have any. No reserves. Nothing. I phoned 8 stores in Johannesburg and they all told me they have no cash because it's a slow week for them. How is that my fault exactly? They have also said that they don't do refunds to cards. So how am I supposed to get my money now

I made a maybe with them and I lost my laybye slip, i was unable to take out that laybye using my ID, I was informed to bring the slip that I had lost, but every time I made a new laybye the previous one still reflects on their system as an active laybye. Which I find to be unfair.
