Lewis Alberton New Redruth. Such disrespect from one of their employees. I was in contact with a lady I unfortunately I did not get her name. I called on the 25th may 2026 around 12:47 pm. I was calling for my account trying explain to them about my debit switch from an old account to a new account. A lady was so rude when I wanted her to open up on ID number in order for her to get my furniture profile. She told me that she doesn’t just talk to me alone there’s so many customers coming in and out and calling day in and day out. What I’m really so disappointed in is the fact that I tried to tell her my ID number so she has an idea of who she is talking to. If people can not work hand in hand with people then I rather not be helped by such people. No Customer service at all with so much rudeness.
I’m highly disappointed at how tracker works and debits from my monthly deduction . I have been experiencing double if not triple debits without any explanation, nor any form of communication. As it stands I’m not even sure if I’m paying for what I’ve signed up too. What a shame
