I would like to come back once again to write to you as a big concern about Lewis store. We have a debit order as arranged and it went through this morning on the 25 May 2026 yet I got a call that we haven't paid and still got and SMS that our account has been handed over to Lewis store for collections. I have had it with Lewis. The next thing they sent people to my house and claim they didn't now about the arrangements. I have reached the point were I'm going to the Ombudsman to help.
Good day Hope this message gets attended to ASAP cause I'm sick and tired of this people. This is my 4th share bad very horrible dusting service ever. We pay very month and still the people from Paul Kruger store call us and even show up at my husband's place of work how bad is this for service sies man. We really regret even open account at the store. I will never refer anyone to open account there. I still from pensioners and even stock customers at the place of work. The person by the name of Joyce came to my husband's work demanding him to give his banking details bare in mind we have a debit order every month and still they demanded it from him today. Joyce even said to my husband he better make sure that he gives her the banking details tomorrow when she calls. I want this matter to be solved or else I'm sending the ombudsman to your shop I'm sick of your employee that thinks I can say what ever they want. I don't want any problems. Mr Standard ensured me that this will never happen again and give me his cell number for any problems, but he does not even answer my calls or even return when he saw me calling also bad management skills Mr Standard if you call yourself a manager even. I want Joyce to tell me who gives her the right to go to my husband's work I the hell didn't she first call or get her facts in order. But this now this you have tick off the wrong customer. I don't want any calls from head office again to lie to me and say it won't happen again because this has been going on for the whole of last year and plus this year you start early ****ing us off. Before I forget in November last year on a Sunday after 12pm too of the drivers come to my house to demand cash after the debit order went through the Thursday lucky I was able to get hold of that so called manager Mr Standard and he spoke to the drivers and they left and here it starts again. Also this is the second time they came to my husband's place of work and I was **** to that he will send the driver back to come and apologise for giving my husband's information to the receptionist they disclosed his personal information didn't even care about the popi act so I want answers on that too ASAP. I have a serious problem with the staff from Lewis store Paul Kruger in Pretoria. We pay our account every month on the 25th and they have been calling us none stop. Every month they make stupid calls to ask when our debit order will go off were about they have it on the computer and they have been calling none stop. Why don't they call the clients who does not pay now they calling who pays every month. My concern is now they even send me SMS on Sundays to ask if payment was done. People hear me now if you like to purchase any furniture don't go to Lewis ever they treat the customers like prisoners they treat you like you are in kindergarten and you need to be reminded of you payment. I hate Lewis I will not recommend you to buy anything from Lewis they are a bullies and they think it's a joke. I'm not leaving this matter here. I'm going to show the staff from Paul Kruger I'm the wrong person to been taking for a fool. Yesterday a lady called to ask for payment and she saw on the computer debit order has been set for the 25th this morning it went through they received the payment and yet I got a called again. I'm wondering are they doing the same **** to the other customers the way they do this to us. No I'm telling you today Lewis it's stops today. Your customer service is very bad, poor hatred and disgusting. Your staff had no telephone etiquette please do send your staff your proper telephone training because they are useless and have no class. Sies man and you still want clients. Please make sure I get the feedback From head office today.
This want to inform people of the poor customer service Akhona furniture give us. We both a wardrobe last week Friday 6 September 2024 and was told that the assembly guy will came today 13 September to install, but nothing has happened until today. When I ask them instead of call there own guy they send me this number and name Big Gift. When I call him he didn't even know about the installation in Eersterust better yet he said he will let me now when his done or he will came saterday, but at the shop I was informed that they don't do installation on Saturdays but Big Gift want to came on saterday. I think that the way Akhona this wanted our money and this is the service we received from them. This want to let you know Akhona furniture your service is very poor very poor poor poor poor poor poor poor. The person responsible for there what's app service convinced me that the guy will came today as they work until 7pm but Big Gift was very surprised when I called him to ask if he is still coming to Eersterust and he even sounded very surprised when I ask him.
I have made a payment on the 17July 2024 and this morning my services was suspended. I called Webafrica and spoke to Tazz and she said I don't owe any money, but still my service is suspended. The poor customer service I get from Webafrica is very bad. Tamsyn one of the agent also give me poor customer service and still they want a good rating from me. I'm very disappointed in the service I got from them. People please be aware the ***** from there customers daily. Watch out for Webafrica they are daylight ******ies.
Gym company Mamelodi worst gym South Africa. I never started to gym yet, but I called to cancel my membership the month to month. No one bothered to attend to my cancellation and now I'm receiving SMS to pay to avoid further actions against my name. I also send lots and lots of what's app messages and no response.
Lewis store in Paul Kruger give us very bad service and they rip client from there money
I have very bad experience with Webafrica. Last month I paid full amount of R399 and I was only active for not even 2 weeks and the suspended my services were it's a month to month. I what's app the agents Zandile, Rebecca, Londiwe and Nelisiwe and list goes on and on. Non of them did the best to assist me I this had to except that I lost 2 weeks from my services with them. The funny part is no one of the managers even bother to assist me the services of Webafrica is very poor and the agents should go for customers services training cause they don't know how to help. Webafrica does not deserve 1 even.
