Hi i got a new lounge suite from the alberton branch paid delivery got delivered gave me a problem send it back. Was told if i got another one i have to pay delivery again. I paid again. So that one was different color and faulty. And i was told i must make my own way they only give me until the next morning to bring it back. So i paid again for them to collect. Got my refund. Head office told me they will sort it out. Till today nothing. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. The consultant handling the WhatsApp number was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was ready to purchase a couch worth more than R4,300, possibly even more, as a gift for someone, but the attitude I received completely changed my mind. No customer should be treated with such disrespect. A business should value potential customers, especially when they are prepared to spend their money, but clearly that is not the case here. Because of this experience, I will definitely not support this company again, and I would advise others to reconsider before doing business with them.

I bought a wardrobe Monday and it was dilive4ed Tuesday instead of Monday and was told it will be assembled on wensday. I have been phoning and they keep saying that the person is coming. Now no one is answering the phone. It is so pathetic and annoying that one must stop all the plan and wait for nothing. The customer service is zero. Im sitting with wooden not wardrobe. Tomorrow is Christmas

I ordered and paid online for a base and mattress yesterday (17th December 2025, at approx. 16h00, they delivered it at approx. 20h00. Could not believe it. Thank you for the superfast delivery.

I received the wardrobe I ordered however the measurements are wrong, the wardrobe advertised was length: 177 cm width: 50cm and the height 210 cm, the wardrobe I got is length: 120 cm Height: 199cm Width: 45cm. Very unprofessional, I've been waiting for the person to come assemble my walldrobe, they said they will come today and nothing 😡😡😡😡 I'm very angry and disappointed, I've been calling the store and they promised to come, I woke up at 6 am to clear the bedroom and now what???????

I bought a 2 seater couch ( Anna Bella Yellow couch) from Akhona furniture JHB just before I Covid time, I did not sign any contact regarding my purchase just bought a couch from them. I called Akhona furniture several times requesting for a refund for the couch, the item is discontinued and I don't want anything from akhona furniture store anymore. I've sent an affidavit and my slip via WhatsApp to akhona furniture on 073 802 5309 for the refund. Please note that I'm unable to come to the store as I'm in Cape Town and no one can come to Johannesburg now because I don't have money to travel to Johannesburg. I've been requesting for a refund from 2023 now and akhona furniture is refusing to pay even though they are aware of the issue. I'm very disappointed I bought a bed Saturday 26 April ,I choose the bed cause I felt the comfort and I was happy with the bed I saw on display but when I got home it was a different story the bed is not comfortable at all .I WANT MY MONEY BACK or you replace the bed !!!!
