Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. The consultant handling the WhatsApp number was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was ready to purchase a couch worth more than R4,300, possibly even more, as a gift for someone, but the attitude I received completely changed my mind. No customer should be treated with such disrespect. A business should value potential customers, especially when they are prepared to spend their money, but clearly that is not the case here. Because of this experience, I will definitely not support this company again, and I would advise others to reconsider before doing business with them.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I was told to rica my Sim so they will diliver it to my address. I did, after all my documents being sent and approved they told me to pay for my Sim before delivery, I didn't have money I told them to cancel the order. The following day when I came back from work it was delivered. Now Im getting a message I must pay R168.97 for what? I never even use that sim. THIS IS *****.. DONT EVEN TRY TO TEST THEIR PRODUCT. AFRIHOST IS DOING ***** WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES.
