I received the wardrobe I ordered however the measurements are wrong, the wardrobe advertised was length: 177 cm width: 50cm and the height 210 cm, the wardrobe I got is length: 120 cm Height: 199cm Width: 45cm. Mpho, the staff member I interacted with, displayed a consistently poor attitude and inadequate customer service skills. On two separate visits, I encountered issues. Firstly, I complained about the dry Peri peri sauce, which she dismissed without apology. Today, she again showed attitude when I fetched my order and even prevented another staff member from offering me sauce. I find her behavior unacceptable and it's affecting my willingness to visit Nando's. I hope you'll address this issue.

I am defeated, worst service ever received, I have called line is always busy, what's app no one is responding I've also emailed, I only got an email response on the 12 march 2024 since February 23rd 2024, since their service was cut off in February, I sent an email requesting for a payment link since 23rd February 2024 before they cut off their internet service I only got a response 12 march 2024 and I have to make a full payment.
