I bought a wardrobe Monday and it was dilive4ed Tuesday instead of Monday and was told it will be assembled on wensday. I have been phoning and they keep saying that the person is coming. Now no one is answering the phone. It is so pathetic and annoying that one must stop all the plan and wait for nothing. The customer service is zero. Im sitting with wooden not wardrobe. Tomorrow is Christmas
My husband has a debit order that came in his account without his authorization or bought anything. He is getting disability grant .please reverse and cancel the debit order. The money debited is 1500 Adam Mashau
I have ordered the item order number 125898757 which was scheduled to be delivered today before 19. The whole day I waited for my delivery which never came. Checking on thier app it says parcel delivered in my address. Thier service is pathetic! I am very disappointed with their service. I have been thier customer for many years. My daughter Mulalo Mashau on the 20th, the guy Bafana at randburg branch went to school and told her they are offering 3month free membership, therefore after three months she will decide if she will join virgin active... To our surprise the contract said monthly on the 1st of October 2022 R510 will be deducted... When I contact him he said the contract cannot be canceled Be careful of virgin active, it does not follow the credit act. How do they open account to a person who is not working. Such companies should not be allowed. I will like virgin active to cancel the contract of my daughter, she is still dependent

Takealot service is pathetic. They don't Regards their clients. I have bought faulty heaters since the 16 may and returned both heaters. Till today no respond from them. If it happen they respond to your email, they will give you different story. I have been waiting for my 1300 refund. Currently no one is responding to my emails. Takealot taking advantage of the client as nothing is happening to them. At the beginning they will deliver good service, to make you believe on them. I'm so disappointed and need my money. anyone can assist if there is any form of advice I must take. Apparently I was told that they don't have complaints department for their clients.
I have been a loyal customer at takealot, recently my experience with takealot had taken away the trust I had for them. I have purchased the heater order 71984953 that was delivered not working on the 16/05/2020 and it was replaced on the other one that is not working on the 18 /05/2020, then I made a return and tell them to credit the account. After several calls and emails to check why the heater was not collected on the 19th on the system, it was then collected on the 20th May 2020. Till today I don't know what's happening. No one is replying to my emails, as now when you try to call due to lock down they are call number is not working. I have even try to spoke with Rene Cloete to refer me to complaints department on the 20th who told me that at thecall Centre they are there one responsible to resolve the issue. I thier service is pathetic, till today there is no feedback and I am staying without heater in this cold weather. For now what I need is my refund, I don't expect better service from them at all.
