Guys people are heartless out there please be careful, this Debt Help Company is trying to **** my sister, they promise to make repayment of your debt easy and affordable but it's only for their gain, they rob you, make you stay longer on your debt while they take 90% of your money for themselves... We are now trying to reach them and cancel this **** of a deal they are selling to people π‘π‘π‘π their phones are not working all of the sudden and they also just blue tick you. They are EVIL.

On the 5th of January, this past Sunday I lost my Cousin, I then called 1Life on Monday around past 12 pm to seek advice on the process of claiming... they said I must have a Death Certificate with me when I call them.... I ten did that on Tuesday and then they told me which other Documents I needed to submit....and I submitted the documents as advised around past 17:00 Hrs on Tuesday 07/01/2025. I was concerned when it went past 10:00 am and haven't heard anything from them....I called them and they had not seen and processed my claim... which is not what they say when they sell us their policies....they were so not sympathetic not even apologetic...no sympathy at all because they were not considerate telling me they were not sure when they will complete assessing and processing the claim. I'm very angry and disappointed....I need to help finalize the funeral arrangements... tomorrow is Friday and Saturday we are burying.... So inconsiderate and no UBUNTU
I bought sneakers from Woolies, 2 pairs...these platform sneakers and this is 6 to 7 months ago, I even wrote to Woolies to share my Complaints and dissatisfaction and disappointment because I never expected such low quality from them and I've since been waiting to hear from them since they on the 5th promised to get back to me π The glue they used seems to be of low quality, it is coming off from the platforms, well, at least from the one pair.... I even sacrificed my budget and bought two pairs because I knew or thought they would last me for years and years like the many other clothing and shoes products I bought and they have lasted for years....had I known that these were only meant to last for six months or even less, I would have went to "Marabastaad" "YellowSub" to get myself something similar at a lower price and knowing that it's temporal...but believe some even last longer than expected and are comfortable.... So Woolies can't expect me to spend R500 on something that will only last 6 months... I love Woolies, I even asked ChatGPT about Woolies and it said the following about them: "When shopping at Woolworths (often referred to as "Woolies"), you can expect a range of high-quality products across various categories. Woolworths is known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation." "High Quality and Sustainability" and these are key things of course that Woolies promises it's Customers.... I'm disappointed π and hope they will look into the matter π

First of all, their office numbers are not working, only a WhatsApp line where the consultant responds when she (a Zanele) feels like it. They double debited my account, I tried to reverse with my bank only to find that they blocked the system and could not reverse..then I informed them Forget Debt and I was sent a debit order dispute form to sign and return which I did (last Friday, 1 December 2023) and 'was then told that I will get the money back into my account in three or before working days, today it's Thursday 7 December 2023, this Zanele has been guaranteeing me that the money will be in the bank and I'm "heartbroken ly" still waiting..... this is money for my kids, they are a **** and heartless, how can a Debt Counselor Who is trying to help you manage to pay off your debt because you are struggling yet still from you and the other thing.... When I checked my debt balance with the bank I owe.... there is a Negative R400, what does this mean?... they are not paying my Bank what they supposed to. I'm so heartbroken, my heart is sore, I had promised my kids some cheap affordable outdoor activities and now I still cannot afford that because of heartless ****** Forget Debt, don't ever give in to them saying they can assist you. And what is puzzling to me is that they are registered with the NCR.... @NCR are these people legit, I've sent an email to NCR, still waiting for their response and also NCR doesn't answer calls... this is very sad πππ
