I have been a customer of 1Life Insurance for almost 2 years and I have always been happy with their service and my life cover policy until this month. I am currently unable to open the 1Life Rewards / 1Lifestyle app, and because of this I cannot use my monthly benefits. I have tried several times but the app is not working, and I do not understand why. This is frustrating because I pay my premiums every month and the rewards are part of the benefits that come with the policy.
