Not covered but still debited my account.
I took a life cover with 1 life and they stated that I won't be covered until I have done blood tests but they still went on to deduct my account and when I request that they refund my money they refused and canceled my policy. What nonsense is this.1 reply

Hold removed but still can't transact even after court order
Don't even deserve a single star. How do you say the accounts are open,the hold is removed yet cant still transact. I don't know what game you all are playing but I am going to expose you to the world.1 reply

I fully settled my account, Since then, I have sent multiple emails and made several calls requesting my official paid-up letter. All requests have been ignored or met with unfulfilled promises. The delay is negatively impacting my credit record. I have proof of payment and written records of all communication. I expect my paid-up letter to be sent to my email immediately.1 reply
