I spoke to Kgarudi Ramantswana, and received exceptional service from him. He would communicate and always kept me updated. The delivery process and installation was a smooth process. Great service overall and would recommend to others

Pluxnet is the most frustrating network provider vumatel uses. They are not available on weekends after 1:00 pm for a network company when you have connections issues after 1 you have to wait for monday cause sunday is closed. Their watssup is as unhelpful. Im stuck with no connection 😔. @vumatel please replace them its not on

Pluxnet is the most frustrating network provider vumatel uses. Frustrating service I've received. This coming Tuesday will be marking two weeks since I app**** fiber through Mr. Ramantswana Kgarudi, and despite my follow-ups through calls and msgs there's been no response. Worse off no communication channels to escalate complaint to supervisor. Also, Vuma, as your ISP, often claims areas are too far for to send technicians for installation. Join on your risk.

This coming Tuesday will be marking two weeks since I app**** fiber through Mr. Ramantswana Kgarudi, and despite my follow-ups through calls and msgs there's been no response. Worse off no communication channels to escalate complaint to supervisor. Also, Vuma, as your ISP, often claims areas are too far for to send technicians for installation. Join on your risk.

Absolutely horrible. If its not the way they setting up the fibre to fail bc of how fragile their things are and completely falling apart, to your network being turned off and on even when you pay. They drag their feet to attend complaints and technical issues. At first I thought they were a good company but they act good in the beginning to mask the absolute **** show of a company this is. Do not go with this company. If you like peace stay far far away from Pluxnet Fibre.

I searched for providers through Hippo and decided to submit an enquiry with PluxNet, it's been 24hours already and still NO ONE HAS MADE CONTACT with me. Imagine how bad the customer service will be once you're signed on as a client if they don't even bother to contact new enquiries that could turn out to be a potential client??????

Pluxnet staff made commitment made by sales consultant Princey that installation would be done within two days of payment receipt. Friday came and went, and nothing happened. This week, I communicated with Mr Kgaroli, who promised I'd get a call to schedule installation from Monday morning. It's now Tuesday and still no call. I've sent messages and called with no response. I'm frustrated about wasting money on data from Saturday till today. Pluxnet comes across as ************* and negligent
