Good morning, I am writing to report about the matrix tracking. I canceled my account with them since 2020 if not mistaken and no longer using the vehicle since I got into an incident and they still calling me non stop even now and I still explained to them I do not have the account with them and they still handed me over. It's very disturbing to be consulted by people everyday and every hour rudely so and tellbyou the amount you own that you don't even know about.
I just received a call from Ackhermans agent and she was very rude and has an attitude, she calls around 6:51pm 15 May 2025 and told me I need to pay without even explaining the reason why for the call. When I try to ask what is the reason for the call and why she calls without explaining and she started being rude. She further insisted that it's not the first call I received from them explaining the same thing of which it was the first time receiving a call from Ackhermans of such. That agent needs to be trained customer service or leave that job if that how she speaks to customers. Ackhermans needs to hire professional people not people who just speak like they insane. I have been a good customer with Ackhermans and i dont need people who will harrasss me during my family time my number is 0613812308. I don't remember signing an agreement with them and they are busy deducting from my paycheck. I blocked their references number from HR now they changed their reference number and deducted again. I need my money back and please stop because this is ********.
Good Morning I have experience a bad service from the UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG(UJ) I paid registration fee for my nephew which amounted to R5000.00. They then told me there's no space anymore after payments and promised to refund me back. It's been 5 months now with no respond from them. I have been sending endless emails with payment receipt. I made the payment 2th February 2024. I will really like you to intervene. Thank you.
I am very concern about UJ how they do their business, they act as if there receive bribes. My niece has been accepted for a certain course. Registration has been paid but has not reflected just when we checked with the university they tell us there no space anymore. There was no notice when is the closing date for payments of Registration. Prepared everything then get those kind of results.
