Upmost useless u pay for a service then the terminates ur application dont sent people to do instalation for 16 days u phone isp every day thats vodacom but even they cant help u dont want to refund my money feels like a **** busniss

They told me to pay for the fibre even though they knew they don’t have the infrastructure in my area to connect me..it’s been two months waiting for my refund and they keep ignoring my emails and calls

I regret the day I met Tshepi sales agent in Dobsonville Mall. I was promised I will get a refund after she has made a mistake till today it's still a problem I went to Vuma office Bryanston to report the issue the lady told me she will escalate my query that was in January when this whole thing happened I waited for the whole month to get a call for investigation nothing. I went back to lady asking for feedback nothing. I then send email to reachsupport@sadv.co.za then I received a call that they have received my complain still my issues was never resolved they lady told me that they will try to credit me back if I continue with them today I'm being told that in order for me to have network I must pay. How must I pay when I'm still waiting for my R440 back.
