Hollard sent me a text that my policy has ended payment was done on the 31st of Jan-today i have tried to call them for the last 1 hour when my call is close on the que they dropp the call-i spoke to an agent who kept me over 20 min on hold i tried to call again and still they dropping calls,
I went to FNB to downgrade my cheque acc to savings account due to financial crisis- FNB normally collect la card monthly fee last day of the month - to my surprise my account is sitting on -R90 because they debited R100 monthly account feee there is R15 of service fee for what I don’t know. Number 1 I don’t get paid on the 20th and I have never - what gives FNB any right to go into my account and start debiting - no one said anything about dates changing. As a results I am not happy with FNB and they better fix this mess - where is card fee charged in the middle of the month and no consultant advised there will be a card fee debited during the month. I refuse to pay FNB that is why I will be moving to another bank after 14 years of being with them.
No sign of delivery its been weeks now waiting for my orders for Jan, customers are angry and already got paid. I cant get hold of Skynet order is sitting with them, I reached out to Avon but no efforts on resolving the issue. I want avon to credit everything I have ordered since well I havent received the orders they must deal with Skynet-I will place new orders in Feb,
I didn’t received my refund still and no one to assist from the 1st of Sept rain took R450 from my bank account without my knowledge- I have been asking for refund since then- they said they refunded me I don’t have money in my bank account- I even asked if I should send the statement- I have many references for this issues- come month end they going to debit me full amount while the owe me - I asked them to use it for credit but my statement doesnt show credit - they claim on the 04 sept refund was done - I don’t have that R450 - I don’t know if it’s a **** they did or what I don’t know - also their sms said our accounts are up to date we should not worry didn’t say anything about refund
R450 taken from my account still no refund and this happened from the 1st of Sept - I asked rain to use the money as credit but my statement shows as refund and money not in my account - I feel that I have been ****med and now they will debit me full amount again my month end while they have my R450
Nu debt has been harassing me for years now calling me for a debt that is not mine- I told them million times it’s a wrong number but no- now I am receiving Sma’s of payment arrangements on Vodacom account - I don’t even have Vodacom to start with - I gave them the number of the person they looking for but still they calling me - I don’t know what to do now
From last week Tuesday i asked they send a driver to come pick up some avon products and provided address and for them to adjust invoice-but when making a follow up i am dealing with auto replies now and then-why cant they allocate a credit control to assis***** tiring-worse i cant even update my address -i cant even get hold of them on the phone-poor services
I called today FNB today asking them to change my payment method for Funeral policy to cash from June as I am going on maternity leave and there will be loss of income-instead the consulatant told me that its impossible and even when I pay cash they will still debit my account and i aksed who should be liable for the arrears that they will create -i have has the policy for so many years now bt when I am faced with a challenge they refusing its more that they are forcing me to have a mere funeral policy on debit order while i have a home loan with them and they not even debiting my account- I even asked if I should change my banker to a different one because they not being accommodative to me after banking with them for 13 years - why should i be forced to pay via debit order while i wont have income in my account-FNB is very unreasonable and not thinking about their customers
on the 1st Jan i went to KFC did a self service at KIOKS, ordered 2* streetwise 3 pap- there was no KFC staff t KIOSK -my order was 1986 -it took long for the order to be called I decided to go to the front-the last says to me there is no pap, i asked if I didnt come what was going to happen - she never responded and instead gave other people attention-went back like literally had to raise my voice so I can get her attention- as a customer service personell she never even gave me option that they have - she said to be I will wait for pap to be cooked- basically i had to wait for 1 hour + for pap to get ready- worse she didnt have a tag- manager came and asked her to apologize she did not even bother - not sure why do we have such people to serve customers
I would like to give great thanks to Mpho Monopolo from Avon, they have been very good at resolving my issues rom October- I even got the apology gift-we need consultant like him/her- as much as its hard to get hold of Avon contact centre-I need help with delivery yesterday, sent him/her an email and never hesitated responded to be and my box was delivered and also went to an extend of calling me- I am grateful to have a consultant like you - keep up the good work.
