I paid up my account , I requested for a paid up letter .they said it’s been requested I will receive it within 14 days . It’s already a new month I call in they say oh mtn must send the paid up letter . I call mtn , mtn says no Nu debt must give the paid up letter . I call in again to Nu debt just to let the agent hang up the call . I call in again and another agent says that she will request it . also the balance has been paid up it’s a month and mtn says it still shows the balance with them ? So what are you guys not doing your job ? Because it’s affecting my credit score ! . Very rude and very unprofessional.

Nu Debt on behalf of Telkom keep sending me threatening SMS's stating that I am in default for an amount that is not even due yet When I phone to complain and state my case they just hang up Then the next day I get yet another SMS

These guys can't be trusted,I did make an arrangement to pay and paid on the said date yet my Telkom services were suspended. These guys at nudebt dont care are very unhelpful been a telkom customer for over 20 years

I had truworths account handed over to Nudebt, I paid 2025 may got paid up letter truworths still says I owe them I should call nudebt been calling with no help been told they escalated the matter.... Till now almost a year now this debt is stopping me from doing any debt

I recently contacted the NudeBT call centre to query why they were phoning me, as I am not the account holder. I specifically asked where they obtained my number and when this supposed debt started. The consultant confirmed that the debt dates back to 2013 and claimed that my current husband provided my number as a secondary contact. This is factually impossible, as I was married to someone else (Mr Swart) in 2013 and only divorced in 2018. When I challenged this incorrect information and asked for proof of my written consent for them to use my personal information, the agent suddenly dropped the call. I phoned back and spoke to another consultant, again requesting that they remove my details in terms of POPIA, since they have no lawful basis or consent to contact me. Once again, the service was poor, questions were avoided, and calls were simply cut when they did not want to respond. This is unacceptable customer service. Dropping calls, providing contradictory information, and refusing to explain where they obtained my personal data is unprofessional and violates basic POPIA principles. I strongly request that NudeBT remove my contact details immediately and improve the training and conduct of their call centre agents.

If it was possible to give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I am SO over Nu Debt management! It has been ongoing for 11 months in terms of a dispute with MTN. FINALLY, i had found someone AMAZING at MTN to assist me in resolving but NUDEBT act like they know nothing. These people will make you start explaiining and then drop the call in your ear. Because they are bored i suppose, UNFORTUNATELY!!!!!! My account closure letter and clearing of ALL AND ANY ARREARS DUE TO A FAULT ON MTNS SIDE is closed. BUT this seems IMPOSSIBLE! I wonder if there is ONE single person in that business that understands the simple process of bookkeeping/accounting and track recording. STOP phoning me until you HAVE ALL YOUR FACTS STRAIGT! SPEAK TO MTN!!!!!!
