I can not rate NuDebt. Because nobody came back to me in connection with my query. Thank you.
I have explain to NuDebt that are acting on behalf of SARS how many times now. I could only get an appointment on the 7th May at 08h30 with SARS to follow up on the accusation that I owe SARS money for an outstanding return for 2017 that I never heard a word of, until now. NuDebt send me an email 24 April demanding they give me 10days to pay the debt. They threaten me in the e-mail as follows: If payment is not received within the stipulated period, we have instructions to initiate legal proceedings, including summons, attachment of assets, and reporting to credit bureaus, without further notice. This is a final demand. Please treat it with urgency. NUDEBT MANAGEMENT (PTY) LTD Call: 087 283 9963 Email: TaxCollections@nudebt.co.za My appointment with SARS is 7 May. What don't they understand???? My Reference number with SARS is 573887501. Avella gave me this number on 9 April for my appointment. What more can I do? I once again have to come to hello peter for results. I am quering my IT3(a)'s. A lady by the name of Babalwa promised me by e-mail that she will look into the matter. It is now a week, and just nothing. I really don't want to go this route but I have no other choice. I will be so glad if somebody from Momentum can go and have a look at my e-mails and answer me by e-mail. My appointment with the bookkeeper is for 28 April. And my appointment with SARS SPRINGS is 7 May. As I explained to Babalwa that I still have to print everything out and get my paperwork in order. I myself worked in the Pensions Department and I know it is not a big deal to go in on the system and have a look at what I'm quering. I can only hope that someone will be able to help me. Thank you.

I tried now to call Transnet Pensionfund and the automated voice so nicely tells you that your call matters to them. Just to be cut off and to try again. And nothing happens. I urgently need documents for the Receiver of Revenue from the office. Please create a whatsapp number so that we can communicate with you people. All my money on my cellphone gone. Dear Vodacom. To struggle for more than an hour just to get nowhere with Vodacom. Since this morning. All of a sudden the receiving signal of Vodacom is just 1 line or sometimes nothing. Called your office. They now told me they are going to synchronized my sim cards of both my phones. Then I must take my sim card out of my phones for 10minutes. Put it back in the phones. Then they will call back but the issue will be resolved. They never called me back. The issues on my phone remains. So I had to call them back to hear there is no signal problems in my area. So PRETTY PLEASE! Explain to me what change from yesterday to today. Because yesterday my ohones were fine. Now all of a sudden today I have problems.
I would like to know. What use it is to sign contracts with Vodacom. When they can put your bill up with R76,39!! You are not allowed to cancell the contract that you sign for 2 or 3 years! But they can decide to breach the agreement whenever they want. When I took out my contract it stated what my installments would be. Now, it is more? How come????
I just received notice from my bank that FNB credit my account. When I looked into it I realised that it was my funeral policy installment. I contact FNB to report that thry made a mistake. Where uponsomeone Namhla kept on telling me I made a manual payment. Which is wrong. My policy goes off by debit order. And FNB run the deductions EARLY in December. The more I explain to her/him that there was only one payment that went through for December. The more she is telling me that there was a manual payment as well and there is nothing more which she can do. One thing I will never understand. That honest people always must fight first for right the thing to be done. I explained to her. Come January and they are doing the reconciliation of my account they are going to take a double payment and it is not going to work for me. And I WILL not e-mail my bankstatement through. Sorry.
I think that Aramex and Courier Guy must learn from this company. 7 o'clock they let me know my parcel is out for delivery. 07h40 they stop in front of my gate. Without stories of could'nt find the street or the suburb..... Shout out to their drivers who knows how google maps or my waze work. Thank you Buffallo for outstanding services.
