Avon is really frustrating because I cant even get hold of them over the phone-the Anele on whatsapp cant even help with what I need-i need help with deleting ny current order because its held in credit and i want to increase it even if I can add orders it will be on new invoice not the open one -system should be user friendly that we can delete orders .

I have an account that I dont even know and I have tried reaching out to them and sent the request documents but nothing is being done. I called them on February 2026 they said I should submit documents I did but nothing was done also in April I did the same thing but nothing is being done. I never opened any account with them or have ai ever been their distributor but on my credit score it shows I owe them R5170 and what frustrates me the most after all the affidavit and all documents required they don’t respond or fix the error and it’s affecting my credit score so badly

Again after how many times that i have sent avon and itcba my avon account that states a 00.00 balance and now this month itbsa jave send me a mew email where the amount has rissen with more than a R100. 00 avon sais my account is paid up with a 0 balance and otbsa.... Lets not go there... No help from either company... This is jist wrong... Can someone assist me.

I have had a *****ulent account opened against my name with Justine Avon - and it is affecting my credit score and ability to make new credit agreements. I need to have this resolved ASAP - I cannot get hold of them as they have no registered phone number. They do have a whatsapp line but it is a bot. I need this resolved
