My ID number was used by an individual to open an account and the account has now landed in areas. I have no knowledge of this account and now it has cost me to lose a potential job and a home loan application I was busy with because I have now been handed over to debt collectors. I have sent the ***** department for Avon emails, affidavits, ID copies and all other documents they requested. I was informed that the matter would be handled and I would get a clearance but till today I have no feedback from them, I have debt collectors calling me and hassling me about an account I have no ownership of. I am sick and tired of this I need you guys to please assist with the matter.

I placed an order on 16.02.2026 and paid upfront . Avon is not realizing my order confirming that my account is inactive . I followed up with the area manager on 19.02.2026 and was told it will take 72 hours to be resolved and to release my order . Today is the 25th and still not resolved . What I need now is to be refunded or my order to be released. Avon service is vey poor and pathetic

The lady at the collection dept confirm that they can't see anything on their side as their system is off but payment is reflecting on my avon app and avon also confirm receipt of my payment. After years of ordering Avon online suddenly this year Benoni, a city in Ekurhuleni, is out of delivery area. If you select a PAXI pick-up point, they return your order, 2 weeks after receiving your money, because their scanning system was offline... They will refund me the R2200 someday... Try contacting them, every single book, website, email has different contact details, most of them not working... Worst service I have ever seen and that after everything WAS WORKING great until Dec 2025...
