Hi I'm Zanele Mlima,I had money saved so last week I filled out the form til today I have not received the payout.Im frustrated..
Every week at Umlazi E we don't have electricity even today some 6 am it went off a.d it's really irritating come month end we have to pay high bills..!!!!!!!!
someone opened a funeral policy at old mutual and I went and canceled it,till today I haven't received my refund which I was told I will get in a week.im soo disappointed.
most of the time in umlazi E we do not have electricity for 3 days a d the take long for it to be restored right now calls are not going through and we don't have electricity.
It's been a month since we don't have water in umlazi e section and it's really annoying. We basically can't do nothng plus we not getting any response as to where is the problems water tankers comes and deliver in one area.
I opened a case with avbob october 21 they was a policy deducted and I have got my refund up until today.i call and I've been told they waiting for the manager a policy of 462 I'm feed up really.
