I have had a *****ulent account opened against my name with Justine Avon - and it is affecting my credit score and ability to make new credit agreements. I need to have this resolved ASAP - I cannot get hold of them as they have no registered phone number. They do have a whatsapp line but it is a bot. I need this resolved
<p>Last month I noticed that my Vodacom account showed that I am in arrears. I called them and they said 'system error'.</p> <p> </p> <p>I upgraded last week - frustrating as hell - and they loaded CLIR on my line. So no one can see that it is me who calls them. I called to have the function switched off this morning but they cannot - because I am in double arrears now. </p> <p> </p> <p>It would have been funny if it was not that my clients now dont take my calls becasue they think I am a telemarketer - or worse - Vodacom. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the Red care line this morning and wasted 40 minutes of my time speaking to inept , unhelpful people. I was passed to 4 different people , each asking me to retell my story, confirm my Id number, cell number and bank details before saying they dont know.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I await the supervisor. </p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe I should stop paying them for a moonth or two?</p>
I bought my Mother-in -law and niece tickets to visit us in Cape Town with Skywise. on their return we arrived at the airport only to find no one at the check-in counters. There where a few staff members standing around and they said that the flight had been cancelled because of a technical fault (No mention that it was because they did not pay their bills).<br> <br> They had us put our names on a list and they would book us flights on other airlines at their expense or put us on the next available flight. We waited 90 minutes and then they said that all flights had been cancelled and that they wont book any other flights. They said that we need to book our own flights and that they would reimburse us in the next few days. <br> <br> I bought two new tickets on Kulula (R6300 one way to Lanseria) and got them on a plane. The next day I caled the call centre and mailed info @skywise and refunds@skywise to no avail. I have sent 5 emails and called 6 times with no result. you can only speak to Customer Service (hah) and not to refunds - I suspect it is because they do not have a refund department. <br> The CEO announces in the media that we need to call the number to claim but his team is useless. <br>
I have a 6M line with Mweb through Telkom ADSL line.<br> <br> I struggle to run more than 2M at any time. I have made several complaints and the last time was the 17th May 2015. I was told that the Telkom line was an issue and reported. I have received a response from Telkom that the line is fixed . I still have 2M connection and now it is intermittent - on and off during the day.<br> <br> I called the call centre again and was told that they will lodge a new query. I wanted to speak to the manager and got put through to Shondra(?). I gave her my previous reference number and she said that they will lodge a new query. Apparently Telkom has resolved the issue and it takes 7-10 days to get the report from them. I need to be patient and trust Mweb that they will resolve it. Trust Mweb. <br> <br> Please give me the connection speed and uptime you promised or cancel my contract and I will find an ISP that can.<br> <br>
