I decided to apply for Vuma after hearing that the service was implemented in Mamelodi Ext 5. I app**** for the 40gps, made payment, and the installation was done immediately because they said installation cannot happen without payment. We were also told the connection would be active the same day. Now it has been 3 days and the device is still not working. The username and password provided do not correspond with the serial number on the device. I have been going back and forth with support, sending screenshots as requested, but nothing has been resolved even today, 07 May 2026. I am constantly being told that my line is “active and connected,” yet when I check the details, the address showing is my neighbour’s address, with a serial number that is not mine. My personal names appear there, but the installation details are incorrect. Since this morning I have been told they are “trying to get the ISP to change the address.” This should not take days to fix. What makes this worse is that they keep saying I did not pay, yet they installed the service after payment was made. Why would installation happen if payment was not received? The service experience has honestly been unacceptable. I am not blaming the sales agents because it looks like they were also misinformed, but this process is not as smooth as it is being sold to the community. Please fix my connection urgently. People in Mamelodi Ext 5 deserve proper service and honest communication.
Hello Peter I've paid off my contract with MTN on Friday whole amount, i was told to callback Yesterday to make proper cancelation, i when i phone in the line goes on mute for sometime after i spoke to an MTN Agent no1 is assisting me as i know MTN with bad service they will deduct my money at the end of this month which i already paid of. They hang up the phone . they must fix this
Hello Peter I have been paying for a System that is not working, been driving without a Tracker I made several calls but the service is bad, asked for my name and Password to be reset till today, and they expect me to pay every month for something that is not even working, made another contact on Friday asking to set the system for 17/02/2025 as I was told they don't work during week, I don't care how much I pay at the end of the day is my money, I don't think will continue with this service. image paying for nothing
So disappointed with uberEast. I have order any item to be delivered and paid with card but nothing was delivered. I phoned the driver he told me go collect your item at store that time I have my personal reason why I order through them. I request when to fetch my stuff. Store told me under driver cancel asked for my money told to spoke to Uber. Is been three weeks still waiting for my money. Is not the fist time uberEast deduct money and never deliver I'm sick and tired of this bad serve. All I want is money back since I never got to receive my items. Never use your card to uberEast or Uber if you want to regret it do so

Hello Peter.. on the 14 October my phone was stolen, report at MTN, 1st i was not told what must do okay is fine, went to police station they gave me a doc No and affidavit, email them back to MTN till today i don't have a phone but they expect to deduct money every month, i have to be the one that ask for an update through email use work telephone [#Ref: 717030], they hang up kept me on hold for long then hang up like I'm craze, total I don't have a phone bad service MTN stuff .
