I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my Vuma account. I made payment on my account, and now I am suddenly being told that the payment was made for the wrong address. However, the correct address was provided when I app**** for the service.
Orders chest of drawer online ,it was delivered but it has no handles
I have have requested for an installation for vuma fibre ,I have paid but they are telling me stories when it’s time for installation
Order for WiFi fibre to be installed now I’m being told stories but I already paid for the service
I’m doing my payments every month but I’m getting calls that I’m on arrears and Iv never skipped a month
Very disappointed Lewis has to deliver a new washing machine because the other one was fault.they have to deliver now they are busy telling me a lot of stores when I call them.i wouldn’t recommend .Lewis Newcastle
I bought a washing machine at Lewis it has been leaking,they took it to fix it but now it just got worse.mind you we are still paying for the machine.when I call them they keep saying they are putting me through and the call doesn’t go through.the service is very bad at Lewis in Newcastle
MTN is the worst ever I have a SIM card contract with them they have deducted money for my bank account but I have not received any data and the money keeps on going up
Went to shoprite in katlehong crossing today to buy sausages, the sausages are rotten they even changed colour they are Brown
Bought a microwave a year ago I'm still paying it on installment, it's not working. Iv reported they months ago they are telling me about parts, but I'm still paying for the microwave
