Practices against the Pension fund act
Gtc is constantly colliding with its clients to put on hold ex, dismissed employees provident fund withdrawal as per the instructions from employers. I need PFA to audit this company as it is against the provident fund act. The consultants are very rude. Floor manager, Melvin mbofane can lie and always not returning calls. Their internal process can be manipulated and lie about SARS as well. Matter escalated with both PFA and FSCA and media houses to intervene

Very disappointed Lewis has to deliver a new washing machine because the other one was fault.they have to deliver now they are busy telling me a lot of stores when I call them.i wouldn’t recommend .Lewis Newcastle

Bad service
I bought a washing machine at Lewis it has been leaking,they took it to fix it but now it just got worse.mind you we are still paying for the machine.when I call them they keep saying they are putting me through and the call doesn’t go through.the service is very bad at Lewis in Newcastle
