What a disappoint. Kabelo was my sales rep... He promised that the order will be delivered this week 12th to the 15th May 2026. Now you telling me of manufacturing issue of chest of drawer hence the order is not delivered after me asking today of the information. whereas yesterday I did a follow you never mentioned anything you just said you will get back to me after lunch but never did. You could have called me last week already and also you could have sent the other items the chest of drawer could have been delivered separately. The bedroom Combo and Kitchen unit is a gift required on the 16th May 2026. I am calling and struggling to get hold of you.

i ordered a fridge online and i cancelled my order because i ordered an incorrect fridge, they said they will process my refund but still nothing they giving me run around, they keep saying they will get back to me but they never did and now they ignore my calls

We bought for R27472 from Bawas at the Durban Exhibition Centre over Easter 2026 and realized we made a mistake the next morning and called and cancelled. Mr. Suleman and Halima from Pmb gave us a FULL refund, we will be back to spend more after our renovations, thanks for the great service and products.

We bought for R27472 from Bawas at the Durban Exhibition Centre over Easter 2026 and realized we made a mistake the next morning and called and cancelled. I ordered the Student Combo Deal, BIG MISTAKE! When ordering online you need to assemble the things yourself which is okay, BUT how am I expected to assemble the items WITHOUT a manual and *****s??! It makes no sense. Then the take to time to give feedback/ solution. And lie about coming to deliver the missing things. This is unacceptable. I don’t want a lousy apology, I want a solution.

I placed an order and till today i am given a run around. From Thursday they "will call me after 5min" till today. Every-time i call i get this line and they never call back!!!! I am utterly disappointed!!!

On 13 February 2025, I purchased large kitchen appliances from your Isipingo branch. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance provided after completing my purchase. Despite the items being heavy and requiring more than one person to handle, the staff refused to help carry them to my car. I was informed that the price I paid was “too little” and that assisting customers with loading items is not part of their job description. I found this response highly unprofessional and unacceptable, as customer service should not depend on the value of a purchase. This experience left me very dissatisfied, as I expected a basic level of assistance, especially when dealing with large and heavy items. I kindly request that this matter be addressed and that appropriate measures be taken to improve customer service at your store.

I am very happy with the item I purchased from Bawas Furniture. The quality is excellent, and the product feels strong, durable, and well-made. It definitely met my expectations in terms of build and overall appearance. However, I am quite disappointed that one of the doors arrived with a crack at the top corner. This was frustrating, especially considering how good the rest of the item is. I hope this issue can be resolved, as I truly like the product and would have given a higher rating if it weren’t for the damage.
