I would like to report Bawas. The company sent me an email confirming that my order would be delivered on 6 March. I made arrangements to be available that day and even missed work while waiting for the driver. On Friday, the driver called me at 14:48 and asked if I stay in Soweto. I told him that I stay in Palmridge. He then said he would deliver on Saturday, 7 March, and I agreed. I waited the whole day on Saturday for the delivery. I even called him at 16:13, but he did not answer my calls. On Sunday, 8 March, the driver called me at 17:15 and told me that he was going back to Durban and asked why I didn’t remind him on Saturday. What is very upsetting is that Bawas is now claiming that the driver called me and I did not answer. That is not true. I asked them to provide proof of when the driver called and I supposedly did not answer. The consultant said they would send the proof tomorrow, but I asked for it on Monday and still have not received anything. I also requested a refund because the order was never delivered. I paid R6,498.00, but they are saying they will only refund R6,000. I want to know why the R500 shipping fee is not being refunded when the delivery failure was not my fault. To make matters worse, I bought a bed and after receiving the delivery confirmation email, I threw away my old bed. It has now been 7 days that I have been sleeping on the floor while waiting for them to return my money. Please assist me with this matter as I believe this is very unfair and unacceptable.

****mers of note, they didn’t deliver everything I ordered and when I made an enquiry they promised to refund for things they didn’t deliver. Till this day they haven’t refunded and now they are not responding to my emails. I’ve been sent from pillar to post the whole of February. I spoke to more than 3 employees from Bawas and all of them were making empty promises. Consumers must be aware of Bawas furnitures ****s

Highly recommend they situated in Ladysmith I'm in JHB placed an order for a lounge suite a few days ago it's already delivered this is second time ordering from them and they definitely have me for a client, they keep you informed , there delivery is so efficient,the guys delivering are super helpful and there pricing is fantastic !!!Thank you BAWAS

I wish I could rate it negative 5 starts This has been, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. On the 18th OF DECEMBER , a delivery was attempted for my couch. Because the item could not fit into my apartment, the delivery team took the item back. Since that moment, I have been met with total silence. I have attempted to reach your team via phone and email multiple times, and I am being completely ignored. This is a massive failure in basic professional service. Here is the situation: • I have no couch. They have the product in their possession. • I am being ignored. No one is answering calls or responding to my inquiries, if someone does answer they sound like I am bothering them and then worst part is, they drop the call on me! I was willing to get a replacement couch but nevermind I don’t want anything from them, I WANT A REFUND

I went to the store to buy a dishwasher. There was a few on display but not in stock. I chose a dishwasher and it was out of stock. They promis me that they will order me one from Ladysmith warehouse. They never came back to me I had to go to the Bawas shop every time to find out when it will arrive. I wated more than a week when the truck came from Ladysmith without my dishwasher the sales person told me to go to another place to buy one. The staff don't greet you friendly and they don't follow up or contact me. Poor Service

I'm very disappointed in Bawas furnitures. I purchased Kitchen cabinets from them. They send me a whatapp message stating they they could not complete my delivery as they don't deliver to George Western Cape. They stated they would refund me within 5-7 working days. Up unil now I haven't received any refund. When trying to get hold of them to get an update, I'm ignored and they don't answer my calls.

I received my wardrobe today but it is faulty. It arrive in poor quality. I cant even use it in this state. I think it was sent like this because I bought it online and no one actually check the state of the wardrobe before sending it for delivery. The door won't close. The cardboard used on the back has a big hole that is visible on the inside also. I am very disappointed in Bawas for this. Clearly they are not to be trusted.
