Poor Customer Service

On 13 February 2025, I purchased large kitchen appliances from your Isipingo branch. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance provided after completing my purchase. Despite the items being heavy and requiring more than one person to handle, the staff refused to help carry them to my car.

I was informed that the price I paid was “too little” and that assisting customers with loading items is not part of their job description. I found this response highly unprofessional and unacceptable, as customer service should not depend on the value of a purchase.

This experience left me very dissatisfied, as I expected a basic level of assistance, especially when dealing with large and heavy items.

I kindly request that this matter be addressed and that appropriate measures be taken to improve customer service at your store.
