I bought online on the 18th April. When i called customer service today to enquire about delivery, the lady was ride and shouting. I am very disappointed
I placed an order and till today i am given a run around. From Thursday they "will call me after 5min" till today. Every-time i call i get this line and they never call back!!!! I am utterly disappointed!!!
A week later i still did not get my parcel, nothing on their website, no update on email or anywhere else!!! They last updated on the 5th August. I am so disappointed
placed the above mentioned order in the morning and immediately when i realised i chose the incorrect pick up store- i tried to cancel and it was not happening. I dont know how many calls i made to your customer services the whole day today and they kept saying they will cancel. Now 5pm ive just received an sms that the order is ready for collection, how is it ready when i requested for it to be cancelled!!!
The service at courier guy is absolutely appalling! My parcel was picked up yesterday 1 pm but still today now at 7pm its still in JHB!! What is the helll is this??? No assistance from the whatsapp line nor from call centre!!
I have been out of network THE WHOLE LONG WEEKEND!!!! I still cannot connect. What is this guys???? No apologies or anything just silence!!!! Im utterly dissappointed
