Useless Courier Company. Renewed my vehicle license online. Per the Natis website we should receive our licenses 3 to 5 working days after renewal. Phoned Natis today because have not received the license yet 8 days later. They tell me the courier company is the holdup. Put in the waybill nr provided by Natis and check on the status. Shows my estimated delivery date is 25 March.. Thats 2 weeks after my renwal. Phone Skynet, call keeps getting cut. Send emails. No reply. Most useless service ever. Last year RAM handled the courier of my license and i received it wihin 2 days. Skynet just doesnt care. If you cant deliver based on the timeframe provided by Natis etc, do not put yourself as an option. Metro does not listed when we tell them we dont have up to date licenses because of useless courier companies. Very irritated with the situation.

I am so disappointed I have only received one sms advising me that they received my parcel and tracking number on the 9th March and on the 10th of march my parcel was Received In Branch Vereeniging 07 :19 . I called customer care after holding for 20 munites I was told I will get in on the 16th March today its the 18th I have not received my parcel or any update regarding my parcel . I had a very frustrating experience with SkyNet Worldwide Express. Their communication and delivery updates are extremely poor. My parcel status was updated to say that delivery was attempted and that no one was available at home, which is simply not true. Someone was available the entire time. It feels like this update was used as an excuse instead of actually attempting delivery. Trying to contact them has been nearly impossible. They do not answer calls or respond to messages. I did receive a call from what seemed to be a driver, but the call was immediately cut before I could even speak. Another issue is the lack of proper tracking updates. The system suddenly updates at around 4am saying the parcel is “out for delivery,” but there are no prior updates showing where the package was or its progress through the network. This makes the tracking unreliable and leaves customers completely in the dark. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. A courier company should at the very least provide accurate tracking and reachable customer service, which unfortunately was not the case here. I have not received my package. They are pathetic and no one should use them!!

I upgraded a new phone via Vodacom and received my parcel on 5 February. After discovering the phone is not better than the phone I have now I decided to return and cancel the upgrade with in die 14 day period. The after sale agent indicated to me that Skynet will collect the parcel within 7 to 14 workings days. The next day they called and indicated that they are at my work to collect the phone without prior notice that they will be collecting it today. I was waiting for them to indicate when they will come to collect and did not have the phone with me that day. I communicated it to the drive and he indicated that he will come back tomorrow. He never pitched Sins then I have phoned Vodacom aftersales and Skynet in an attempt for them to collect the phone as I would like to cancel the upgrade and upgrade to a better phone. the Service request ref is 5-36178358489292 the Waybill number is K5205730. Every attempt that Skynet would collected the phone did not happen. Even after confirmation from them. It is impossible to contact Skynet and there whats app number robot agent is no use. Terrible, and *********** service from this company with a lot of contradictory information from their delivery people, call centre agents are rude and not helpful at all. I don’t even know why this company operates as it offers such terrible service.I am extremely disappointed with the service from SkyNet.
