Utterly hopeless, once again. I am not sure why Vodacom use this service provider to deliver as I have never had a good experience with them. I am still waiting for my parcel which was due last week.

I ordered from Temu and they say my order should have been delivered now when I call sky net yesterday they told me my order will be delivered today so today I decided to call because no one is reaching out for me on there side and there are telling me my order is still at the depot it will be not delivered today

Do not use this courier service if you want to receive your package on time or if you want promises kept. First I was told it was out on delivery which it wasn't. Then I was promised it would be delivered the day after, it wasn't. Then I was told the latest would be the following day but it hadn't even arrived in my province and I am told it will not arrive. The call centre agents couldn't care less and this is a really important package.

We are working for Skynet under Legadima project management ,we started in March and we were promise to get payed by May 15th but nothing up to this point.When we make Querie nothing is being responded and we make calls we get promises tht they will send us emails and nothing ,it hurts cause we took petrol from them as we run out of money from our pockets and we owe them but they not paying us so we cannot go to work due to lack of finance and we cannot pay for our bills at all,can they plz pay us or explain to us wats the hold up due to our payments

🚨 Poor Service Alert – Skynet Delivery Failure 🚨 I had a delivery scheduled by Skynet (on behalf of Samsung) between 08:00 and 17:00 — and the time window was completely ignored. No delivery, no communication, no update. I had to use my own airtime to follow up with their call centre. Spoke to an agent named Sharleen, who didn’t know where the driver was. I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected without any explanation. When I called back, I was told she was on another call. No accountability. No follow-up. 👉 Is this the level of service Skynet provides? 👉 Is this what Samsung customers should expect? This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and reflects poorly on both companies. I'm rating this campany as the very poorest in terms of communication I've ordered a parcel via avostore i haven't received it even on this day m,it already a week late, when i track my parcel I'm able to see it but it won't arrive to me.
