🚨 Poor Service Alert – Skynet Delivery Failure 🚨 I had a delivery scheduled by Skynet (on behalf of Samsung) between 08:00 and 17:00 — and the time window was completely ignored. No delivery, no communication, no update. I had to use my own airtime to follow up with their call centre. Spoke to an agent named Sharleen, who didn’t know where the driver was. I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected without any explanation. When I called back, I was told she was on another call. No accountability. No follow-up. 👉 Is this the level of service Skynet provides? 👉 Is this what Samsung customers should expect? This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and reflects poorly on both companies. Extremely Disappointed – Cartrack Failed When I Needed Them Most I deeply regret choosing Cartrack. When I urgently needed camera footage for an important incident, the company completely failed to assist. Their customer support was unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed no sense of urgency or accountability. What’s the point of paying for a tracking and camera system if, when it matters most, they can’t or won’t provide the footage you need? It’s unacceptable. I expected reliability and professionalism, but instead, I was left frustrated and without any real help. I strongly advise anyone considering Cartrack to think twice before spending their money. When you need them the most, you’ll likely be on your own.
