This is now the third day that my parcel has been moving between two hubs without delivery, and this ongoing delay is unacceptable.
I have been at home continuously since Monday, yet no delivery attempt has been made and I have not received any call from the driver. However, the system is incorrectly updating that no one was available to receive the parcel. This information is false. Their chat bot says parcel delivered but the tracking history says parcel still at joburg hub. Too many false updates across their websites and SHEIN messages. THEY DONT DELIVER and THEY LIE! You will never get your package with this courier company
