Very poor service, impossible to call as number doesnt exist.
Utterly hopeless, once again. I am not sure why Vodacom use this service provider to deliver as I have never had a good experience with them. I am still waiting for my parcel which was due last week.

Hopeless!!
Without a doubt the worst courier company ever. Every time a parcel is out for delivery with them there is some issue. And when you sit on the phone to the for 15 minutes they cut the call when its your turn! Don't use them at all!

Useless service provider. Indicative of this failed country.
Utterly hopeless. Yet again without coverage. No answers for us despite our numerous complaints. And despite our elevations to back office - what are they doing in the back office? Likely eating KFC.

Don't Believe Discovery Health!
I am yet to receive any explanation from Discovery why they intended reneging on their commitment to covering me for my recent procedure. Not a word from them, no apology. Wish I had not changed over to them.

Discovery Health pull out of their commitment - ***ards!
Discovery agreed to cover me for a procedure but once the surgery was over they reneged and left me with the full bill! This is outrageous and I have no lost all my trust in this insurance company. I wish I had never moved across to them.

Don't use Ram couriers!
This is an extremely unprofessional courier company. No communication and the drivers don't want to deliver to my address. You can't contact anyone as phones don't get answered. Even the depot landline.

Vodacom are *******!
I don't even want to grant Vodacom one star as I don't even get one bar of coverage at home. No updates yet on how Vodacom intends to improve their services in our area. Only empty promises.

Vodacom could have blood on their hands!
Absolutely diabolic network coverage from Vodacom. When I managed to log the fault, Vodacom sent a message saying that they had tried to contact me and because they couldn't they closed the complaint. How do I receive calls when I don't have coverage. This is a major security issue for me, not being able to make or receive calls!
