π¨ Poor Service Alert β Skynet Delivery Failure π¨ I had a delivery scheduled by Skynet (on behalf of Samsung) between 08:00 and 17:00 β and the time window was completely ignored. No delivery, no communication, no update. I had to use my own airtime to follow up with their call centre. Spoke to an agent named Sharleen, who didnβt know where the driver was. I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected without any explanation. When I called back, I was told she was on another call. No accountability. No follow-up. π Is this the level of service Skynet provides? π Is this what Samsung customers should expect? This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and reflects poorly on both companies.
