Debonairs mt edgecombe absolute poor service. It was my sons birthday. 2 days before my sons birthday, made arrangements with the management of the store to order 14 small Pizza for the school kids. She told its a small order this with be done by 9.45 tuesday morning. Went to fetch the order on the day to order, the staff are not aware of the order, they go to the back then see the slip with the order. The delivery guy absolutely rude and no customer service, school kids have already placed the order they require, and are waiting only to be told 9.50am the ovens are not working. Cash refund was provided but level of sevice from the staff terrible. We had to go get kids meals from another take out

Would like to launch complain with Debonairs Northgate Mall, we bought Large pizza and wings and decided to buy 3 water bottles but my son he wanted sprite not water when we try to exchange one water for sprite the cashier by the name of Portia she refused said is not possible with a serious attitude. I request her name she said NO because she knew I wanted to report her bad behavior and service. She decided to refund us for the water NOT exchange. Date : 23 May 2026 Time : 20:40

This is a complaint about poor service and quite an unpleasant and unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at the Debonairs Market Street, Kariega. I went in the store rather frustrated to query about an online order I had placed and paid for using my Wicode. However, though I got the amount deducted on my card, on the website, I couldn't confirm if order was completed as I got a 'network error' notification as per attached. I proceeded to call the store to confirm and though they couldn't pick my name up, when I provided my contact number ,they were able to pick up my attempt as the person on the on the phone confirmed my address but then the line got cut. I then went to the store and explained my situation but the manager, Tara, instead of clarifying the matter just rudely dismissed me on some 'whatever your line got cut and we don't have your order'. When I called her out on this behavior, instead of replying in an appropriate manner, it ended up in an exchange of words where she even referred to me as a B***h. This is unacceptable and the worst part is still have no clarity on said order because the Wicode went through as per notification on my card.

Please note that I am very disappointed by Debonairs pizza by Weststreet , so early in the morning I order a large creamy chicken pizza and it was very disgusting the dough tasting oily and old, it was hard like a cupboard topped with cheese and sauces. What they serving to customers it disappointing, My son was so excited to go to Debonairs to enjoy his favourite pizza only to be served such terrible pizza. Tha dough was old and topped up with cheese.

Order was delivered with item missing, driver said he would bring it but didn't come back, i called the store and they said they would attend to it, still nothing.....and the audacity to not call and apologize or reimburse me....or deliver the misskng item........THEY JUST DON'T CARE
