I placed an order for pick up was provided an address 126 11 the street Parkmore even requested to go there but when I got to the address provided there was no store couldn't find one I called the store redirected me to agent who said they couldn't help spoke to two agent the 1st went silent on me the other one gave me a number also told me she can't help..then I used the chat help spoke to two agent one told me if I cancel will be charged for the whole amount the next one said she cannot help since the store already accepted my order so meaning I cannot cancel because the store accepted my order,when I go back to the urber eats app the store completed my order without me receiving it and I made a card payment.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order that was accepted by the store, but the food was never delivered. Despite this, I have still not been refunded for the undelivered order. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money when the service was not provided. I am still waiting for a resolution and my money back. No feedback from customer service to date.

******* service delivery. The workers there are rude. Our order was ready and the 5 boxes were just sitting there, we stood for a good 5 to 7minutes I kept asking for my order with the other lady with a double stack pizza order. Another worker with a big black headwrap just came and told us shouting that they're still busy with making other orders...they'll give us after... I asked her why and the other lady just said it's not the right way to talk to customers...she did not stop...instead she threw the boxes at us still complaining that they're busy we must wait even if our order is ready. I said sorry then I was supposed to jump the counter and grab my 5boxes of pizza. We didn't even enjoy the pizza base was too dry, the and the toppings were all soggy...even my 2yrs old daughter didn't eat it even halfway...it was horrible. Total waste of my money! Next time we want pizza we'll buy it at Evaton mall or Letsheng mall.

In the 14 March I ordered pizza from debonair which amounted to R244 including delivery. I paid with a card .the delivery guy said it declined and I paid cash . Upon checking my bank statement I realized they double charge me .card never decline and he also took cash .he never provided a decline slip.As a client that always order from them I never thought I could be ****med like that . So instead of R244 I paid R488 for pizza

Is this a new thing from Debonairs? Cut your own pizza? Worst service... Its now 21h42 I reported this at 20h00. They tell me they cant do anything due to them not having drivers. My family is still waiting to get supper.. Debonairs Alex mall is a embarrassment to the franchise!!! The guy tells me I must just eat what I have and he will send me something tomorrow?
