Extremely Late Order Collections & Delivery
DPD Laser deserves a negative rating! As a Makro Marketplace Seller I'm struggling with customers whose parcels are set to be collected and delivered by DPD Laser. They take FOREVER to collect, even when contacting them multiple times they promise to collect and never do. Only after 2-3 weeks they might decide to collect. This is totally unaaceptable. You need to learn how to do business from Courier Guy, they never dissappoint.

Insufficient Items Received & Bad Service
I ordered the Student Combo Deal, BIG MISTAKE! When ordering online you need to assemble the things yourself which is okay, BUT how am I expected to assemble the items WITHOUT a manual and *****s??! It makes no sense. Then the take to time to give feedback/ solution. And lie about coming to deliver the missing things. This is unacceptable. I don’t want a lousy apology, I want a solution.
